DRAW Architecture + Urban Design is an interdisciplinary architecture firm creating beautiful, functional and sustainable homes that draw families together. Led by principals Dominique Davison, AIA, LEED AP and Dan Maginn, FAIA, LEED AP our goal is to maximize the impact of our clients budgets and to deliver inspired homes for them that truly reflect the way they live. We achieve this thru a highly responsive process, including digital modeling that allows clients the opportunity to understand what it would be like to experience the different spaces and how they interact.

We approached the very talented team at DRAW architecture + urban design to collaborate on a development of modern and energy efficient homes. Their passion for modern design, expertise in green building, specifically in LEED for Homes, and ability to combine the two into practical, functional and durable floor plans, made DRAW a perfect fit for this project. DRAW continues to impress with their fresh and unique architectural perspective: They created livable modern designs with energy and spacial efficiency for the Urban North subdivision, located in the Northland, helping introduce a completely new concept to the Kansas City area. We are thrilled with their work thus far and look forward to working with their team on future projects.

DRAW Architecture is the premier environmentally focused architects in the region. We have been blessed to work as a vendor / subcontractor to DRAW on several projects. On this LEED Certified home we provided the bamboo flooring. If there is an environmentally focus home being built in the Kansas City Metropolitan area DRAW and Homoly Construction seem to be building it. USGBC LEED for homes, HBA Green Home certified they design them all.
