Karen worked with us on our kitchen and family room remodel project. She was instrumental in the design of a paneled entryway between the two rooms which allowed us to keep the wallpaper in the family room. Her assistance and guidance with the color selection for the wood flooring, kitchen backsplash, cabinets, ceiling beams, stair rails and carpet resulted in an updated, fresh new look for our downstairs. She never stops and I can't wait to work with her again!

Working with Karen has been a wonderful experience! When we first met her, we had just purchased an older home that had tons of potential, but it needed a lot of updates. We hired Karen to help us update and decorate our new home. She was able to coordinate absolutely everything, from floor to ceiling. Ours was an all-encompassing project involving many rooms, and we appreciated her ability to come up with a customized plan that helped us visualize the overall goal while breaking the process down into manageable steps. Karen is a master at her craft. She has the unique ability to strike the perfect balance between sharing her honest opinion and honoring her client’s wants and needs. She is easy to work with and maintains the highest degree of professionalism. Karen’s giftedness allowed us to achieve fresh surroundings that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. In fact, since working with Karen we have had to put our home up for sale due to relocation. Potential buyers all give us rave reviews on the interior thanks to her. We are so grateful and would use her assistance again without hesitation.

Karen helped us not only with color for the outside of our home, front door and inside colors but she helped us decorate and tips on kitchen remodel. The colors all flow well. We even had people stopping their cars in front of our home to see the colors. Multiple neighbors asked as well. For the kitchen, I love that Karen is likeminded and was able to modernize our old laminate countertops and backsplash to sleek beveled tile and marble like granite countertops.

Karen first helped us with some staging/editing of our current home as a means to help sell the house. Then, she helped us with some interior design ideas at our new house. Karen could not be easier to work with nor more delightful. She is very talented. Karen has a great eye for color, texture, proportion and space planning. As a landscape designer, I can be extremely particular about my design aesthetic. GORGEOUS! My living room looks like a photo in a design magazine. Everybody raves about it. Karen made herself available to do whatever was necessary, including helping me select which pieces I wanted to keep from the sale of a house to going shopping with me to buy a few new items. She worked an amazing transformation and was a joy to work with!

As part of the remodel engagement on our master bath and kitchen, Karen provided expert consultation on timeless design and efficient use of space. Karen is a great collaborator and was instrumental in turning the vision of our remodel Into reality. She has developed great relationships with contractors and suppliers and was able to extend preferred provider discounts to us for our project. She arranged meetings, provided samples, and created drawings for cabinets. The quality of life in our home as a result of our transformed space Was recognized immediately after settling into out new and improved kitchen!
