Elizabeth is up to any decorating challenge! I wanted to update and add color to our home, which was previously quite monochromatic. Elizabeth had the vision to add beautiful, up beat, fun colors while staying in budget and always saving money where possible. Elizabeth was able to figure out what I wanted when I was unsure. She had insight and understanding of my decorating hopes, and was able to bring them to fruition, knowledgeably and with no stress. Elizabeth has many connections in the design and decorating world. I absolutely loved working with Elizabeth Basso on a recent main bathroom and bedroom remodel. The reasons? She's professional, and personable. Elizabeth was efficient with her time, and mine. We absolutely adore Elizabeth Basso. She is creative, smart, and forward thinking. She immediately understood the style we were going for and stayed in sync with us for the entire project. She’s also incredibly well connected with contractors and furniture reps so we had amazing service, even through the challenges of COVID. She answers every text and email thoughtfully and keeps tabs on timing so we were never in the dark about how things were progressing. She was calm when problems arose and patient and guiding with indecision. I used Elizabeth, from Basso Interiors, on our first home in Colorado and now on our second. She is a PLEASURE to work with and definitely understands my likes and dislikes and consistently presents me with the perfect suggestions. She also does a great job staying within the budget that I give her (better than I do!!). I, admittedly, have little to no decorative skills so I really depend on interior designers to help me achieve the look that I want and she has hit the mark every time. I used two different decorators in the past, at our home in Pennsylvania, and definitely feel more comfortable letting Elizabeth decorate my home than I have with anyone before.

I've been working with Elizabeth Basso from Basso Interiors since 2018. I reviewed Elizabeth over a year ago, and I wanted to post another review today because often people will post a review after someone does a job and then you don't hear anything more about the company's follow through or continued relationship. For Elizabeth, it is worth another review. I originally found Elizabeth off of Houzz a few years back - several of her clients had described her as being (1) a great listener, (2) someone who has well-built contacts in the business, and great eye for "finds," and (3) a perfect choice if you are decorating a home from far away because she makes things easy to gap the distance, keeps things moving along, and takes great care of every detail overall. Well, all that proved to be true, and then some. Elizabeth helped us gut and redecorate our home in Beaver Creek Village. Elizabeth did a magnificent job on our home. She listened to us and advised us with an instinctively great balance between practical and beautiful, always coming up with items and a look that solidly more than satisfied both. When we did another remodel this year on our bathrooms, she put together a look that captured an elegant Colorado ski escape, but brought together everything that worked practically and made our family feel comfortable. Elizabeth takes the time to get to know you, and in doing so, complements the family's personality throughout the house, being respectful of budget and time needs. I love how she contacts us every so often with a thoughtful new addition to the house (in one instance, a beautiful antique box that warmed up our family room, gave it the perfect touch of frivolity and chic, and served as a perfect spot to rest a coaster and drink by a comfy chair). Elizabeth is particularly awesome at finding stunning and original artwork. A picture taken over the holidays with my kids in our dining room happened to have one of her chosen pieces of art in the background and drew sweet compliments over my social media page when I posted the picture. I think when you are looking for a decorator, it is such a personal task, and you want and need someone you can trust and someone who sees who you are, and works to make your surroundings comfortable, fabulous and fun. Still to this day, whenever I have a design need for the home, I don't hesitate to call Elizabeth, and she always comes through - with lots of heart and style.

Elizabeth has done a tremendous job with a full renovation on our home in Colorado. From sinks, granite, cabinets and furnishings, this could not have been done with out her. She managed the project, works well with others ... We love everything she has done ...it's as wonderful as she is!

Don't know where to begin. Elizabeth is a star. We have been amazed by her ability to mesh our vision with her sense of style and access to furniture, fabrics, and accessories. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and hard work have resulted in the excellent execution of our project. To top it all, she is a fantastic person. It has been an absolute joy working with Elizabeth Basso. She remodeled and redecorated our vacation home in Bachelor Gulch and it is absolutely spectacular! I love my newly decorated Beaver Creek home. I found Elizabeth of Basso Interiors Inc last year while perusing Houzz. My family had just purchased our dream vacation home in BC and I knew I wanted to gut and redecorate, but I had no idea how to get that done easily from afar. I read a review on Houzz that Elizabeth was an excellent decorator with excellent reviews - but what really set her apart were the words: she listens, she takes the time to learn your style and complement it, she makes the process of redecorating from far away an absolute breeze. I've come to find that every word of that is absolutely true. Elizabeth is patient, organized, has an eye for detail and thinks about how you would be comfortable in your house now, five years from now, and twenty years from now. She knows the business and knows how to navigate the local area for the best prices, the best suppliers and the best finds. Elizabeth is responsive - I can't count the times she had to wait on me for decisions while I pretty much never had to wait on her. She was on top of every billing question and spent time at the drop of a hat to wait at my house to receive furniture or other supplies to make sure I didn't have to worry. Most of all, Elizabeth is personable, friendly, honest and caring. My family has come to call her a friend, and I am grateful for all she's done. I highly recommend Basso Interiors.

I hired Elizabeth to remodel my vacation home in Bachelor Gulch and it is spectacular. The finished product is the perfect combination of modern and mountain comfort. Elizabeth is easy to work with and handled everything in my absence from construction to design. She offers a wide range of amazing options and is always happy to accommodate any client ideas. Elizabeth is amazing! We hired her to help remodel our townhome in East Vail and could not be happier with the results. She has incredible taste but listened to our ideas and preferences and helped us design the perfect little getaway for our family. We recently had Elizabeth help us with a full kitchen and main floor remodel. She did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier! I couldn't be happier with the renovation of my Denver home! Elizabeth is incredibly creative and her attention to the details led to a great result with the renovation of my home. She listened to what I wanted as it related to a color scheme or "feel/ambiance" for a room and made it happen. Elizabeth Basso of Basso Interiors, Inc. came to my rescue when decorating my Colorado home. We started with the living room drapes. I was so unsure of myself but Elizabeth was extremely patient and understanding. We decided on panels and they are simply gorgeous. Elizabeth suggested iron rods and I just love them too. They actually match the existing stairway . Now when you enter my home, the panels frame the windows and your eyes just naturally go to the beautiful mountains outside. Its awesome! But we weren't done. Next Elizabeth helped me with my kitchen, dining and living rooms. Elizabeth patiently selected fabrics for my chairs. She knew just how many choices I could handle before becoming overwhelmed. Now, I have opened my home to friends for our book studies. Every week I rearrange the living room to accommodate the 15 gals. And I delighted with how the kitchen chairs coordinate with the living room and dining room. I just love my home. I met Elizabeth Basso last year when I was thinking about remodeling my home in Beaver Creek. Right from the start I knew she would be the perfect designer for our project. She had such great ideas and once I said I would like to move forward, she wasted no time in getting the ball rolling. Originally I was only going to make changes to our five bathrooms, but once I saw how talented, creative and quickly Elizabeth was able to get things done, I decided to remodel our kitchen as well. The amazing thing is that I live in New York and everything was done long distance. I didn't once visit while the work was being done because I completely trusted her. Every sample I saw was either sent to me by Fedex or email. She was very good at giving me 3 or 4 choices and often I would defer to her because I knew what excellent taste she has. Also the fact that I do live across the country had no effect on how efficiently she worked. I think if I lived next door to her, she couldn't have been anymore time sensitive. When I finally saw the finished project I was thrilled. It was more beautiful than I ever imagined. And my husband who wasn't sure we should even be undertaking such a big project, changed his mind pretty quickly. I know Elizabeth puts her heart and soul into every project she works on. I would love to use her for my home in New York, and I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Now I can't wait for my New York friends to come and see the transformation that has taken place!

I recently completed two projects with Elizabeth. As a builder, I couldn't be more pleased to have her as part of the team. Elizabeth is very thorough and organized. When I was ready to begin the jobs she had complete spec books and drawings for us. Decisions are already made and we were able to just get to work. She is always available, and very easy to work with and I know the clients feel the same way. She isn't afraid to jump in and help out when needed either. Elizabeth is a truly talented interior designer! It is a true pleasure when she comes into our showroom and we get the opportunity to work with her and her clients to select the perfect flooring, carpet and rugs. She has an incredible eye for pattern, style and color.

We used Elizabeth Basso to (re)decorate our newly purchased, but 18-year-old, condominium in Beaver Creek. She was terrific to work with, listening to our ideas and offering many suggestions. In a few cases, she had to provide lots of different options, and she was always willing to keep showing us more ideas until we found what we liked. She was very conscious of our budget, including shopping at local consignment shops to find unique pieces that fit our design concept as well as our budget. She also was able to work with custom designers and and craftspeople. We modified a bedroom to add a bathroom, and Elizabeth helped us with the layout and design and worked with the contractors to produce a great result. We would highly recommend Elizabeth and will gladly use her again if the need arises.

I found Elizabeth to be professional, knowledgeable, organized, always willing to meet me on-site and respectful of deadlines and budgets. She promptly returned my phone calls and text messages which is such a plus. I particularly liked her low pressure approach - always asking my thoughts on design and color first and then advising or suggesting an alternative idea I had not thought of. She has a great sense of color and is not afraid to suggest some "fun" additions. My contractor said that he found Elizabeth very easy to work with. Elizabeth is amazing! I don't enjoy decorating and she made this process, from start to finish, so much fun and absolutely beautiful. She has an incredible understanding of what her clients want and, with a helpful push, brings it to them with an added flair that compliments their taste. Elizabeth of Basso Interiors was a pleasure to work with! We collaborated on the intersection of architecture and interior design. While my job as architect was to restructure the spaces of a three story vacation unit in an original Vail lodge from the late 60's, Elizabeth's expertise covered custom furniture, finishes and art & accessories selection. Once the new concept had been established we both worked together to bridge the gap between big scale architectural moves and the fine detail of texture, color and composition of the finishes and furnishings. She was open to following the concept down to the smallest detail and I was glad to learn from her how not to allow a concept to squeeze the life out of the elements that impart warmth, whimsy and sheer appreciation of the beautiful. The contractor and Owner found both Elizabeth and myself on site throughout the design and construction and especially at crunch time pitching in helping make the whole design come together on time and in beautiful detail.
