We have lived in our home for 23 years and have discussed remodeling the kitchen for about that long. We love our new cabinets and counter tops! Mindy Cuba, designer for Schroll Cabinets, was amazing to work with as she is a talented professional and listened to our wants and needs. Mindy was very communicative with us through the entire kitchen remodel. Our new cabinets are beautiful and our kitchen is very comfortable looking and just fits our home and lifestyle. My favorite cabinet area is the open shelves Mindy designed which now hold my favorite pottery pieces. Schroll Cabinets had the custom cabinets I wanted for our kitchen update. Christian Geiger was very responsive to our needs, walked us thru every step and made appropriate suggestions. Christian was always prompt with answers to our questions. The contractor he suggested worked well with us. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. Christian Geiger of Schroll Cabinets worked with us and our budget limitations, taking the time we needed to think about how best to remodel our small kitchen and half-bath. We decided on Knotty Alder wood and added a small pantry cupboard to what we had earlier. We also added the option of lazy Susan shelves that pull out from the otherwise inaccessible corner space next to our sink. Great suggestions for options helped us end up with exactly what we wanted for cupboards, sink, countertop and backsplash. We are extremely please with every aspect of the design, decision process, price, and scheduling.

We worked with Chris Geiger at Schroll to purchase new cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Chris worked with us from the initial design phase and had great recommendations on features that would complement our kitchen. Chris was wonderful to work with and the cabinet quality was top notch, much nicer than other cabinets we had looked at. Ann, at Schroll Cabinets in Fort Collins, CO proved to be a great asset to our kitchen remodel project. We had used Schroll Cabinets at a previous home for a master bedroom remodel, and were very pleased. This time we completely gutted our kitchen and with Ann's help designed a extremely efficient and beautiful kitchen within our budget. Her use of the computer to give us visuals and dimensions was a huge help. She not only helped with our selection of the cabinets, but also the counter top, sink, faucet and appliances and in addition she coordinated measurements and installation for all of these items. There were very few problems with the cabinets, but the few we had, Ann immediately addressed and resolved them. It has been a joy to work with Ann at Schroll Cabinets.

I worked with Ann Smith at Schroll Cabinets for the purchase of cabinets/counter-tops for a kitchen remodel (2012) and then two separate bathroom projects (2013 & 2015). First of all, the cabinets that I purchased for all the projects were beautiful and well constructed. It has now been four years since the kitchen remodel and the cabinets are in great shape and are not showing any age. I have to give an extra shout out for the wood counter-tops that we purchased for the kitchen. They are stunning and the finish that Schroll put on them is crazy good! The wood counter-top is around the kitchen sink and looks the same as it did they day they were installed. Note, we have a kitchen that is not for show but we actually use for cooking, baking and entertaining. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome for all my projects and I have Ann to thank. She took the time to answer all my silly emails (there have been quite a few) and to come to my house for each project to measure and to provide great advice. She has also been available after each of the projects are complete for questions and requests. She is a true professional and I have recommended her to my friends. Construction and remodeling projects can be very challenging and frustrating, Ann made it all very simple and exciting. I can highly recommend both the company/product and the employee.

We worked with Todd Vadas in Denver, and it was a wonderful experience. Todd knows so much and was willing to share his expertise and ideas with us, while still being a great listener and hearing us when we had an idea. Throughout our remodel, we've worked with a lot of different contractors, and I think Todd is the embodiment of a great one - he listened, he didn't force his opinions on us (which a lot of contractors do!) he was kind, he never made us feel stupid for any questions we would ask, and he cared about us getting what we loved rather than making a few extra bucks. We were concerned that custom cabinets might be too expensive, and even considered going the Home Depot route to save money, but Schroll's prices were excellent. We got much better quality and customer service for even less than what Home Depot bid us! The cabinets themselves are gorgeous - such good quality and they look absolutely perfect in our new kitchen. It has been a wonderful experience, I would use Schroll again and recommend them to anyone. We haven't finished our renovation yet, so the pictures are of our not-quite-complete kitchen. We love it!

I called Nick Atkinson at Schroll Cabinets on the recommendation of an architect after working with four other cabinet designers. The others looked at our basic plan for the kitchen layout, and concluded that either it couldn't be done, that we would hate it, or they had no desire to help work out the "small" details that troubled us. Frankly, I think the other designers really wanted to sell more costly components (like large pantry cabinets) that weren't going to be necessary in our design that had a walk-in pantry. Nick assessed our desires for the kitchen, the dimensions of the space we were working with, and the character of the house (a 1900 grand foursquare). Having respect for our intimate knowledge of the house and the way we use it, he stuck to our basic layout and just made it work. The design process took a couple weeks of regular interaction and multiple site visits for confirmation of ideas. Nick invested a lot of his time. I don't think it could have been done without extensive design experience, artistic appreciation of old house character, and software modeling tools that seemed to be better than what others were using. The cabinets seem to be very well built, although I don't have experience with other brands to compare. There were some minor problems. A couple were small manufacturing issues that were probably caused by some very unusual design features, and a couple were caused by unanticipated geometric abnormalities of our old house. Schroll gave all of these issues their highest priority, and solved all the problems. Also, everything was done on, or ahead, of schedule. The final product is simply beautiful, mating seamlessly with the grand character of our old house, while providing every convenience of a modern kitchen. I would definitely work with them again.

I experienced mediocre customer service with Schroll. Compared to other cabinet businesses, I was treated as if they were only remotely interested in my receiving my business and thus my tens of thousands of dollars. A month ago I stopped in the Fort Collins office. I set up an appointment with the designer. We met and she took my drawings, which I also gave to 6 other cabinet makers. She was unable to get me an estimate by the deadline we agreed upon, and emailed me a couple of days after the deadline to inform me about needing to miss the deadline. I will say, I had requested the estimate within days, and it was nearing the holidays and her email mentioned an ill family member, which as a mom I am empathic. That being said, every other of the 6 cabinet makers were able to meet or exceed my deadline, and some even gave me the estimate the same business day. Then she emailed me and told me she needed more measurements. I promptly sent her the same info I gave her in person before. I then received an estimate two weeks later, with no follow up in between. One other company also took a much longer time to respond with an estimate, but I did receive a weekly email updating me, and reassuring I was not forgotten. Overall the Schroll cabinets seem on par with other custom/ semi-custom cabinet makers. In the end, the estimate was higher than other local custom and semi-custom cabinet makers. I believe businesses should not make commitments they cannot keep, and if they do they should inform you before or at least on the same day of the deadline (and preferably with a quick phone call). Customer service is always a priority for me, especially when I am pursing a purchase costing tens of thousands of dollars.

He did a fantastic job in making sure everything was designed and installed correctly during construction and was a pleasure to work with. He was also very responsive in making sure any issues were resolved promptly and professionally. Overall, one of the best trades involved in the entire construction process and highly recommended.

We hired Schroll Cabinets to design and produce our cabinets after visiting and working with three other cabinet companies in our area. We found Schroll to be the best value and most amenable to our contemporary, Euro design ideas. Betsy was our designer. She spent a lot of time with us listening and responding with creative ideas and, when a few cabinets had slight flaws, made sure that all were replaced in a timely manner. We would recommend Schroll cabinets to anyone in the front range in Colorado and are quite pleased with how all our cabinets and shelving turned out and the support and ideas we received from Betsy.

Chris Geiger did a fantastic job of designing all the cabinetry for our recently built home. The cabinets, and in particular the quality of the cabinets, were truly one of the highlights of the build. We met with Chris four times during the design process and he stepped us through the process; competently answering our questions and professionally putting up with our changes all along the way. The installation went smoothly and the installers were there the day they were scheduled by the builder. I was surprised by a follow-up visit a few weeks later - one of their installers stopped by just to see if any adjustments were needed. It was first class service. Even though our house is finished, we are now in the process of working with Chris on another cabinet project; we might have Schroll build us a china hutch at some point in the future as well. We did a gigantic remodel of an early 1990's house that had never been remodeled. We walked into the Schroll showroom in Fort Collins and met Anne. She was absolutely spectacular in the way she walked us through the process of picking from a ton of choices so that we ended up with exactly the right thing. She was helpful but not overbearing, very positive but not salesy, always available and completely timely. The price was very fair for the outstanding quality. The back part, the manufacturing part was equally outstanding. They delivered the cabinets exactly on the day they said, which was a little faster than we expected. They were absolutely perfect. There were absolutely no mistakes at any level. I am in sales training as a profession, and I could not find one thing to criticize. I could not recommend Anne and Schroll cabinets any more highly.

Ordered beautiful cabinets through Debra Smith. She worked carefully to ensure we had the best finish, hardware and total look for our kitchen. Consideration of custom details and the efficient use of the kitchen space were very evident in every step of the planning process. The cabinets were delivered timely and installed with ease. Measurements were accurate and everything fit exactly as planned. Appreciated all the followup - hinge adjustments and care kit.
