I highly recommend Alisher and the entire team from Grandeur Hills Group. They renovated a 2 bedroom impartment for a friend and based on that work I hired them for my 2 bedroom apartment gut renovation. This was a full to the studs renovation and it was done in about 5 months - a very good timeline. I was very pleased with everything about this project and would hire them in a minute if I have another project. It's very hard to find a good contractor and a fair price - and that's exactly what I got here.

Alisher and his team were communicative, effective, and did beautiful work on our home. Our installation of a staircase to combine two apartments in an old brownstone was more complex that it sounds like it would be, but they treated our home with care and were extremely diligent throughout. The work is beautiful and, almost more importantly, when mistakes or oversights were discovered (as are inevitable in a project like this), Alisher immediately and without argument made it all right. He is a professional of integrity and I'm really grateful for his willingness to correct mistakes and take accountability for everything. We were so impressed that I hired Alisher again without a second thought to do a more minor job on our front door when we needed to do so a few months later.

We remodeled our townhouse in New York City and it wasn't an easy task. The retaining wall needed replacing and the entire interior needed to be gutted and all new electrical/plumbing. I had a few bids from a couple contractors but they weren't outlining potential changes during the renovation process. Alisher Fahri, was thorough with all the details during the walkthrough and also with all work that was going to get done. Every step was explained and easy to understand. They also helped us to choose materials that would add value to the property for when we decide to sell, which never crossed our mind. Which all in all is also hard to decide when there are so many options. The job site was always clean and they took the time to describe the details of the process. Grandeur Hills Group was my contractor for a renovation loan on my three unit building. I had extensive work done which included upgrading electrical, new windows on two floors, HVAC in one unit, refinishing floors on two units and installation of a new kitchen among other things. The reason I would recommend GHG is especially because of Alisher Fahri, the owner of GHG. Alisher stands by the work done by his people. He made a point of contacting me after the initial bid to introduce himself and ask for my business. While not involved in the day to day, if there were concerns Alisher came out to look and make sure I was happy with the final work. He also had an office member touch base with me weekly to discuss progress and see if I had any questions or concerns. It’s stressful to have so much work done especially when one is new to the process. Alisher and the people at Grandeur Hills Group made every effort to assist me in understanding the process. The work was done well and at a fair price.

My home was a complete remodel of a 2 story townhouse, 2100 sq ft. The 2nd story & the kitchen additions were from 1960. The 2nd story was not safe, a soft story over the garage. I interviewed 5 general contractors before choosing Grandeur Hills Group. I started my talks with GHG in mid of 2021 & we had the design agreed at the end of 2021. Demolition did not start until Jan 2022 & the project finished in August 2022. Once the work started it took only 9 months to complete the house. I have watched similar projects take well over 1 ½ years from demo to completion, in my neighborhood. I liked that Grandeur Hills Group is process oriented, providing full service, architectural design, interior design, structural engineering, & managing the city building permit process. GHG's contract spells out the payment schedule. This schedule is tied to very tangible results, & they followed it! I was never asked to pay until goals were met. I was responsible for paying for all the finished goods materials from the vendors. GHG provided one Project Manager as my point person for consistency throughout the remodel. The PM took me to all the vendors, helping with the selection process. Sherzod was my PM. He did a wonderful job listening to & understanding my goals. He was very proactive in bringing the GHG team together along with vendors to help me come up with the best solutions. Communications with phone calls, emails, & text messages were daily. He was never late for appointments. He was so helpful to me on the remodel! Sherzod did a good job of mediating with the subs to make corrections to my satisfaction. After living in my new home for a few months, I love it! My house has been transformed! Bottom line, I can recommend Grandeur Hills Group!

Alisher and Grandeur Hills did an A++ job on our home renovation. Our home was damaged by a neighboring development and needed to be rebuilt ENTIRELY. Alisher and his team were knowledgeable, detail oriented, communicated excellently and frequently, and were priced extremely fairly. The team at Grandeur Hills was professional, kind, had amazing expertise and was just a pleasure to work with. I felt like we were in the best hands possible. When I started this project some years ago, I reached out to a few contractors that I found online. Some didnt answer at all and some took weeks to answer. Our kitchen remodel morphed into a full blown home renovation, with the help and guidance of Alisher Fahri. Not only are you getting a General Contractor, but a designer as well. He was a great sounding board for all of my ideas and was able bring everything on paper to life in a quality fashion. If the concept was “doable”, then he’d get it done. We appreciated the thought and precision with which he executed all phases of the renovation, as we were still living in our home during construction. He made it as painless as possible, thinking of our needs first. We had lots of items on backorder due to high demand and COVID, but this did not deter him or his crew from getting work accomplished. He is timely, his crews are timely, and both are a pleasure be around. Yes, there was a mess here and there, but it’s CONSTRUCTION! All in all, they were very tidy and cleaned up each day.

Some highlights that we especially love about our apartment thanks to Alisher, as well as our architect: our millwork is beautiful -- incredibly high quality, we love all the additional ideas that we were able to include like automatic on / off closet lights, new placement of our gas stove which allowed us to open up our kitchen, LED strip lights without losing height of our ceiling, touchlight under the counters and near our stools. Our reno was long due to delays that were out of our control (Covid and then our neighbor had a flood which impacted our unit) and Alisher and team helped us get through it! They led the renovation while I was away from New York and the result is a beautiful apartment with exceptional cabinetry, millwork and tilework. We called Grandeur Hills Group to remodel our master bathroom & kitchen and the contractor Alisher came the next day, he gave us a very detailed estimate and it was a very good price. So we moved forward with him, he took care of the permitting process and scheduled all inspections. The demolition and the upgrades went very well, all inspections have passed and the finish work was amazing. After purchasing our house, my husband and I were looking to completely remodel it. It wasn’t as easy as we thought. We called and asked numerous contractors for an evaluation and an honest estimate. After an extensive search we’ve met with Grandeur Hills Group which is represented by Alisher. He walked us through the entire process in a very detailed and professional manner. Alisher took his time to go under the subfloor in the crawl space to check the plumbing and drains, he inspected everything including the roof and electrical panels. 24 hours later we received his proposal. It was very detailed, breaking down the cost of each item. He even took the time to draft a Gantt chart for us. The price seemed very reasonable and within our budget so we decided to move forward with this company. Alisher obtained special permits and scheduled all the necessary inspections to perform the remodeling process of our kitchen, bathrooms, the removing of non load baring wall, changing 12 windows and replacing hardwood floors. Overall the work was flawless, all inspections passed with no delays and there was NO Hidden fees. We highly recommend Grandeur Hills Group for any remodeling work and will certainly book their services again in the future!!
