Several years after our kitchen remodeling was completed, there was an unexpected shift in the seam of our quartz countertop which required attention. A quick call to Sunny at Atlantic began the process of resolution. Since our warranty period was past, I naturally anticipated that the repair would be at our cost, but I needed to know the name of the installer to proceed. Instead Sunny offered to contact Tony, our project manager, and the installation company to set up a date for the repair at no cost to us. Not long after, the repair team arrived, accompanied by Tony, and performed a minor miracle of perfectly realigning the sections of stone. The countertop is now once again as beautiful as the day it was installed! Before my retirement I spent 40 years as the president of a commercial construction company so when we wanted to renovate the bathrooms in our beach house I was hoping to find a contractor who would meet our expectations for professionalism, communication, high quality work, and reasonable pricing. We interviewed several contractors and decided to work with Atlantic Kitchen and Bath. It was a great decision because they exceeded our expectations in every way. The contract administration, the design services, and the execution of the work was outstanding. We are now planning to start on a new kitchen. We would recommend AKB for any project that requires creative thinking. Mark Grahne is a genius when it comes to solving design problems in a creative and cost-efficient way. All staff we dealt with were unfailingly friendly and professional, and all requests were given respectful consideration. By the time the project was over we felt like part of the family. As a customer, I consider the responsiveness of a firm I am dealing with of utmost importance, and AKB passes this test with flying colors. All inquiries are usually satisfied within minutes, and if not immediately, always on the same business day. This is a very lean operation that, we learned later, was hard hit by the pandemic. Their problems never became ours--we would not have known they were short staffed had we not been told.

I’m so in love with my completely renovated kitchen and master bath! The kitchen is gorgeous with Omega cabinets and a custom walnut island that is simply stunning. What they did with the master bath is amazing with a walk-in shower and beautiful beachy tile. The team at AKB made the whole process super easy from start to finish. Navigating the quirkiness of my 1950s vintage home, with the old wiring and old pipes, could have been a problem but it wasn’t for them! Mark, Sunny, Tony and Jeff were all a joy to work, keeping me up to date and ensuring my complete satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Our small kitchen and dining area in our Rehoboth Beach house was congested and dysfunctional. Atlantic Kitchen and Bath took this 1940’s elbow bumping space and made it into a more spacious modern kitchen with island which amazes our friends and makes us actually want to cook and entertain at the Beach. They came up with the design, with our input and eventually transformed our RB cottage to a place we love spend our summers. Kudos to the staff and contractors at Atlantic Kitchen and Bath!!!

We worked with Atlantic Kitchen and Bath on three separate and overlapping renovation projects. We were so pleased with the initial steps of the first project - a complete kitchen renovation - that we signed on for the other two even while the first was being completed. For each project at every step of the way the entire Atlantic staff was knowledgeable, professional, accessible, pleasant and responsive. They provided great design and materials advice, offering a wonderful array of choices. Their subcontractors were expert and respectful. We contracted with Atlantic Kitchen & Bath (AKB) to design and build an extensive kitchen renovation for our home. It involved multiple design and planning consultations with the AKB team. They were a diverse group with differing tastes and suggestion for us, which we greatly appreciated. They accomplished the work flow i.e. architectural plans, product and paint selection, demolition, installation all within the contract. Their joint expertise and commitment to our project was outstanding. At the end of each day the kitchen, dining and living room areas, which were all open and connected, were cleaned and the subcontractor's material was taken either offsite or put in our garage. The project manager was on-site everyday and the owner was there to look at and talk to the project manager about the work to be done and the work that was accomplished. The executive office assistant that coordinated the project and the kitchen designer also responded promptly when we had questions or concerns. AKB uses the BuilderTrend app which was extremely helpful with communicating to everyone at once or for us to watch the progress of the project. I have talked with friends, neighbors and family members about their experience with new home construction and also renovation projects. Very few of their stories could compare with how smoothly our project was managed and completed by AKB. It is a very beautiful and highly functional kitchen. We love it!

We remodeled our master bath (new shower w/door, toilet, countertops, fixtures, floor) and are more than happy with the final results. From the moment we met Sunny for our initial consultation and then Mark to discuss the design, we were immediately struck with their integrity and professionalism. He was very involved with every facet of the project, visited at least once a day, and was always available to resolve any issues. The subcontractors were skilled, detail oriented, respectful and hard working. Our complete satisfaction was the top priority and we were not disappointed. We love the transformation plus our neighbors and family are very impressed. The high level of service that AK& B provides is rare in the Lewes/Rehoboth area and deserves our top recommendation.
