My husband and I are so happy we decided to work with Garrett. We started the process of designing and building our custom dream home over a year ago. Today we are seeing all the hours spent pouring over details, sketches, and 3-D videos turn into reality! Drywall is going up! We are now fully aware of how skillfully Garrett took our ideas and made them better! Really looking forward to making it home! Thanks Garrett!

Dream Home Drafting designed our custom home and we could not be more pleased with the result and the process. Garrett and his team asked all the right questions to help us design and build our dream home. The 3D renderings really brought the design to life and assisted us in visualizing the end product. We completed construction of our home this year and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend DHD to anyone considering a custom home.

My husband and I are in the process of building our forever home and Garrett was instrumental in this process. It was so easy and fun! We completed a simple form and provided Garrett with the sizes of rooms we needed and he nailed it! He took our ideas and designed a one of kind contemporary home of our dreams! Our builder, Nate Hotovey, Hotovey Construction of Gretna referred us to Dream Home Drafting and we couldn't be happier!

We worked with Garrett this past fall and had a really great experience. He was very friendly, outgoing, professional, and was able to put on paper everything that we had ideas for. We came into the first meeting with basic ideas of what we were looking for and he exceeded our expectations on the final outcome. Garrett was always timely on deadlines and even responded to questions after hours. Garrett seemed to really pick up on our likes/dislikes and we couldn't be happier with his final blueprints. The house idea/floor plans are better than we had even hoped for. Can't wait to start the building process now that we have our dream home planned!

We were lucky enough to see some of Garrett's designs in final build form on the Spring Parade of Homes this year as we were beginning to search for someone to help design our home. I could tell from the beginning that this would be the right fit for us. The process was smooth from beginning to end for two people who were definitely novices in this area. From initially browsing the website to the final design, Garrett made a potentially stressful project very relaxed and enjoyable. I look forward to working with Garrett again if we're ever in the position to need design and architecture services. I highly recommend Dream Home Drafting to all of my friends and family!

Dream Home Drafting was a true pleasure to work with. We started with another architect but then had to switch and that’s how we found Garrett. We lived outside of Omaha but that was no problem. He did a great job of understanding what we wanted and created our complete floor plan without meeting until it was finished. He went above and beyond our expectations. If you need a floor plan go with Dream Home Drafting. You’ll be so happy you did!!

Dream Home Drafting created a house plan from scratch. We provided specifics on several things we wanted, and they successfully incorporated everything we wanted. The end result was excellent. Garrett was a pleasure to work with, and was very patient with us as the process took a good while due to delays on our part in purchasing a building site. We would recommend Dream Home Drafting to anyone looking for house plans.

Dream Home Drafting is a great one stop business if you want superior customer service and precise drafting. I've worked with Garrett on numerous custom home projects. He's super easy going, very organized and creative. One thing that stands out in the value he provides, is the way he listens to the clients dreams and desires. Garret at Dream Home Drafting was a pleasure to work with. We took a rough draft of what we wanted our house to look like and he took it from there! He gave great input but always kept what we wanted at the forefront of his plan. He went over and above what one would expect-going so far as to travel 130 miles to the site of our new home to see the layout of the land where our house would be built near a river. He did everything he promised-and more-and all in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Garret at Dream Home Drafting if you are planning a home. He is very easy to talk to and always pleasant.

Garrett was outstanding to work with! He made the entire process for my wife and I enjoyable. We thought we knew what we wanted when we first met with him, but were very impressed with how he molded our thoughts into a dream home. After our project got started, he helped us with questions and issues that arose during the building process. Couldn't have asked for a better communicator, who possesses both passion for his job and expertise. Had an excellent experience with Dream Home Drafting!!
