We have used Refined Home Remodeling for our 1st full bathroom remodel and couldnt be happier. Hired Nash and his crew for our 2nd total open concept remodel of my kitchen living room and dining room expecting same quality workmanship, only to lead to disappointment. Only 1 day after completing the job I noticed 1 Laminate board cracked (Oct 22). I reached out to Nash said be a few wks before he could come by. Dec 22 two more Laminate boards cracked. Reached out again Jan 23 still to busy. 2nd problem is the ventilation of my kitchen hood was directed into the attic not properly vented outside creating mold throught the attic. Providing pictures and videos regarding our concerns no attempt to rectify either situation. Very disturbing he does not stand behind his work

Outstanding customer service. Prompt, thorough and extremely helpful on a project that was taken on knowing it would be difficult. We had a stubborn leak in our shower which reached downstairs to a newly painted room. Nash and his crew worked to solve the problem step by step and tested it thoroughly being careful to not affect our existing tile and paint. Would highly recommend. We hired Refined Home Remodeling to rebuild our master bathroom and help remodel one of our bedrooms. From the start Nash and his team were great to work with, always following through on everything we discussed. Nash does what he says, which unfortunately is rare with many contractors. When we first met with Nash he gave us many great design ideas that we hadn't considered that helped transform our bathroom from an ordinary shower to a much more luxurious space while still staying within our budget. Despite our need to complete the project during the busy holiday season, Nash managed his team so we always had the appropriate number of people working on the job and communicated with us regularly to ensure we were up to date on any potential delays. His team was very professional, always arriving on time and keeping the space neat. They finished the work in the time promised and Nash suggested a few additional projects we could do that would be more cost effective to tackle at the same time and would add additional value without increasing the budget dramatically. Ultimately Refined Home Remodeling remodeled our master bathroom, a bedroom, added new hard wood floors in two rooms, vaulted the ceiling in our master bedroom and added a closet, and added french doors in our office all within three weeks leading up to the holidays. We would highly recommend Refined Home Remodeling/Nash for any home improvement projects.

I hired Nash and his company to renovate an entire 2 bedroom apartment for me. HIs work included refinishing the old wood floors that were in bad shape and staining them a rich darker color and painting the whole apartment including walls and ceilings. In the kitchen he removed the old flooring and installed a beautiful wood look ceramic tile on the kitchen floor and also removed the old backsplash, repaired the plaster wall behind it and then installed a new tile backsplash in a herringbone pattern. He also sanded and stained the wood cabinet doors that were worn looking. In addition, he installed new moldings throughout the apartment, removed an entire wall of mirrors and smoothed out the walls, removed wallpaper in the bathroom and installed a new toilet and removed old closet doors and installed new ones. His work was top notch and completed in the time frame he promised! I cannot believe how beautiful everything looks! Nash was also a great resource for choosing the paint colors and wood stain on the floors. I had so many choices to make and was feeling overwhelmed by it at times but when that would happen I left it in his capable hands and everything turned out amazing! I cannot recommend his company enough and plan to use them again in the future for the other work I intend to do. He is very professional, knowledgeable and does the highest quality work!

We have used Refined Home Remodeling Inc. for several projects. The first was a full bathroom renovation, taking out the tub and replacing with a walk in shower. Nash, the owner, spent time educating us regarding plumbing, lighting, tile and design options. Amazing "one stop shopping" with a beautiful result. His workers were respectful of our home throughout the whole process, which made it an even better experience. Another project was a year later: remodeling of a guest room, which also has to contain a stackable washer/dryer. The closet they built is both practical and attractive. Shiplap, wall paper and refinished wood floors completed the room. Any ideas the customer has are considered and expertly refined. Now, a year later, we have started on the layout and renovation of the master bedroom. No more fear of working with contractors. We highly recommend RHR and Nash for large and small projects!
