Fable Interiors is an interior design studio working across the UK. Recognised for achieving beautiful, functional interiors that are refreshingly timeless. Fable specialises in complete renovation and project management. Working with an experienced team including architects, electricians, decorators, bespoke cabinet makers and upholsterers to name a few. Harriet personally project manages and designs every aspect of each project from creating floorplans to installing and stying the end result. The company has experience in renovating listed buildings, including liaising with planning officers and completing listed building applications. But have worked on new build homes, regency townhouses, countryside properties and commercial offices too. For those looking for a nun-structural service the room package that concentrates on areas such as decoration, furniture and window treatments would be beneficial. The above packages have been designed to create an enjoyable experience for the client, as well as saving them time, money on mistakes and achieving the best overall design outcome for their lifestyle. Fable Interiors’ comprehensive design and project management packages can be tailored to suit your individual requirements, creating a truly bespoke start to finish service. As well as a BA Honours in textile design and diploma in interior design, Harriet started her business in 2014 and has a wealth of experience and resource in the homeware industry, this was gained whilst operating and owning the fable retail store for 6 years, and enables her to source unique products from across the world. The use of natural materials and fair-trade products is a passion, and as a business sustainability is considered throughout the design process.

Harriet took the time to understand what I needed from my living room and made the entire process stress-free. She managed the whole project from beginning to end, creating floor plans, carefully considering lighting, textures and colours, choosing chic, comfortable and practical furniture and discovering the most beautiful accessories to set off the look. She handled all communication with a host of pre-vetted contractors and her experience and knowledge made complications vanish without a trace. Harriet's modern yet classic design sense is flawless and the room receives endless compliments from everyone who walks into it. I would highly recommend Harriet and couldn't be more excited to continue working with her on the rest of my apartment.

I really like people who aren't phased or overwhelmed by problems and Harriet is one of those! She comes with a wealth of experience, a passion for traditional design and she works with some of the most professional and talented suppliers and trades. It was so nice to have an experienced project manager who got the job done and took away all the usual pressures of any interior design project. I felt in very safe hands and would absolutely recommend Fable to anyone who needs help with interior design, renovation, and overall project management. I've already asked Harriet to get involved with the next project coming up because now I feel that I don’t want to do anything without her!

Our project involved a complete house refurb so an interior designer was essential. We have just finished and are absolutely delighted with Harriet’s work. She created a plan for every room following our meetings, and a comprehensive list of all products was listed for every room. Also, she managed to fit some of our own furniture expertly within the plan. She liaised with the builder and the lighting designer as well as the other trades involved. Her involvement with the kitchen designer was invaluable. She played a key role in the design of our front door and in the choice of colour for it and the garage doors. She really brought the whole project together.

Harriet designed, project managed and dealt with the trades for our lounge transformation.
