My wife and I are online shoppers, but not typically for large furniture items. Our only foray into this area was remodeling our bathroom, where we ordered vanities and a tub from Wayfair. The company Modloft, had a bed that we were in love with, the “Renwick”but their shipping reviews were horrible. They suggested Cressina was one of their more reliable partners. We were nervous because we were not familiar with Modloft or Cressina. After speaking with Volcan at Cressina, It calmed our fears enough to go forward with the purchase. I had read the reviews for the company and they were all phenomenal, but in this day and age of bots and fake reviews I wasn’t sure what to believe.. Trust me when I say that Cressina’s reviews are accurate, if our experience is any measure. They more than exceeded our expectations with regard to customer service and attention to the details. In short we would buy from them again!

I bought a Modloft Astor extendable table from the online Cressina site in December 2022. Unfortunately the color I wanted was out of stock so I had to wait for the store to be restocked. In the meantime, Modloft, which had been charging the same as Cressina for the Astor table but was also out of stock, introduced a deep discount at their online store for when stock became available. I have no idea how or why these things happen, but I do know that I felt anxious about paying significantly more than I would have by buying from Cressina. When I became aware of this discrepancy I called Cressina and was put in contact with Volkan. I can’t say enough good things about this employee. He was calm and genuine, and his demeanor went a long way toward calming me down as well. He patiently went to work doing whatever was necessary to apply as close to the same discount as possible to my order and answered each of my anxious inquiries in the same neutral and calming manner. In time, Volkan was able to negotiate an acceptable solution. I left our interactions thinking that he was such a good reflection on the Cressina brand. I will definitely purchase from Cressina again should the opportunity arise. As for the table, it is pretty fantastic. The delivery team was able to assemble within a half hour and left with no trace of having been here at all. The table is beautiful, fits my space perfectly and the ease with which this 72 year-old woman can extend it is almost magical. Gone are the days of storing heavy leaves in the basement or having them take up precious room in a first floor closet, or the alternative (which I did for ten years) of making do with a table that does not accommodate the entire family for Sunday dinners. I am very happy with my purchase and this company. Thank you for exceeding my expectations, Cressina!

My experience with Cressina Furniture has been very positive throughout the process of purchasing a Lafer recliner from Canada. From the initial inquiry about whether they delivered to Canada to getting a quote for the purchase including taxes, duties and delivery to having it delivered, it has been a smooth and predictible process. Volkan’s advise and support throughout this process has been most valuable. I have nothing but appreciation for this organization and highly recommend Cressina Furniture as a trusted store with real commitment to customer satisfaction.

This company provides excellent customer service. They provide timely and thorough response to email inquiries and anticipated situations. Provided guidance and assurances. I highly recommend Cressina. I had not previously ordered high-end furniture online but this was a good introduction to that process. The local professional engaged by Cressina did a fabulous job of assembling the pieces, so you can trust choices made by Cressina.

Not happy with this company at all!!! First time ordering and having a terrible experience! I ordered 2 Soho wood counter stools. I was later notified that they were not in stock. I'm like well why don't you mark the item as out of stock on the website so customers won't buy it and think they are getting what they bought only to be disappointed by your out of stock message! So I picked another stool, the Soho Aria. I was told via text that there were only 8 left in the warehouse and they needed to check to see if they were physically there before I go thru the process of buying again. That was on 4/23 and it is 4/29 and I have not heard from anyone! I've even sent 2 texts messages asking for a status and no response. You can only contact this company by leaving a voicemail or text messages! Customer Service 101...reply back to potential buyers, update the inventory on your website and have a human answer your phone!!!

Our Lafer chair of 15 years broke. Not one store anywhere had stock; everyone said the same thing, “ we will get a container Nov. 30.” Volkan at Cressina asked me to give him some time- within an hour he called back and said he could arrange the chair to come directly from Lafer in Brazil. We had our chair in three weeks, not nine weeks! Superior service. Great price, great service, very nice people.

I never leave reviews, ever. But my experience with Cressina (Volkan specifically) was superb and here I am. I have some very uncommon (expensive) Lafer chairs from Brazil and needed a few parts for them. Where I live there is no dealer, the manufacturer is hard to contact directly. I came across Cressina on a web search that they carry this brand so I reached out. Note I did not buy the chairs from them. Volkan treated me like I was already a customer who dropped a bunch of money in their store and walked me through getting the replacement pieces I needed---which did not amount to much $$. We're talking little parts that other places I'm sure would just ignore me, and believe me a few others did just ignore me. Sure enough the parts arrived from Brazil in a couple weeks. Thanks to Volkan and Cressina for such good help! I feel they went above and beyond.
