Our tiles are hand-crafted to tell a story—your story—through color, texture, pattern, and depth. We design unforgettable, picturesque backdrops that pop with vibrancy and life. We are known not only for our unique color combinations and textures, but our attention to detail and ability to walk our clients through the design process from start to finish. Our handmade ceramic tile walks a fine line between functional building material and fine art. We treat the design and aesthetic of each project with this philosophy in mind. Each member of our tile crew has a background in the arts… from music, graphic design, interior design, painting, ceramics, photography & media arts, to fibers & textiles. One might say the key to our success lies in our diverse artistic backgrounds, but the perfect equation of passion + strong coffee doesn’t hurt. Everything you see in our studio is made entirely by hand from start to finish. The customer service is second to NONE! They took the time to work on a small craftsman mosaic for my 115yr old kitchen. They even sent me a literal box of 2x2 pieces to mix and match colors myself to see in person. They created a mood board with the tile colors and sent a computer draft of the colors before any payments were made. They sent updates as they were working on my project. The tile were beautifully packaged and so secure. The installer couldn't believe how well they packaged it. My project wasn't $$$$, (less than 1500$) but the final product and the prompt service/attention to detail made me feel like it was a high priority. Could I have spent less by going to a box store for the 3×8 tile? Yes. But I chose to have everything created by MM after they created such a beautiful craftsman mosaic for me. Cannot wait for install!

Superb customer service. No one should be concerned about not being able to have face to face communication. After browsing several reputable tile stores in NYC, I wound up buying my kitchen backsplash tile in 2017 from MM from a Pinterest posting I saw, and was thrilled with the quality of the tile and the excellent advice and follow-through I received. I am once again working with MM on new tile for my bathroom and the same high level of customer service, design expertise and responsiveness applies. Kathleen and Randi have been outstanding to work with.

I am a general contractor and our company completed a major - multi room remodel on a home in Gig Harbor, WA in early March 2019. The clients lived out of State in the Chicago area, so almost all of the product choices were done online by the client and sent to us by email. Needless to say this can be a challenging way to shop and order for such a large project. Dealing with multiple companies and most of the sales people don't know much or anything about the product we were ordering. Not Mercury Mosaics, I received a call from the owner to start the process of placing the order, they had amazing customer service and tile. Can't say enough about the owner of Mecury Mosacis, their tile and her staff! 5 star professionals!

I used Mercury Mosaics for my fireplace remodel and could not be happier! Their tile is amazing, the attention to detail and craftsmanship is one of the best I've seen. Everything is hand-made so it makes sense. Plus, the customer service is great and made themselves available for me to ask questions on tile specifications, design advice and sizing. My fireplace went from an ugly brown thing to a statement piece for our living room!

I absolutely LOVED working with Mercury Mosaics! We did a kitchen remodel and I knew I wanted a bold, colorful, unique backsplash and MM absolutely delivered. I live in WA state so all communications were done via email/phone. I dealt directly with the owner at the beginning and I appreciated how open she and her team were to feed back during the design process. I was asked all the right questions to help lead us to the beautiful final project. This company is truly a joy to work with! When the tile shipped it arrived with clear instructions for the installer and in numbered sheets, my installer said he'd never seen such a well organized way of shipping tile. He also commented on the high quality of the tile, they are beyond gorgeous! The colors are bright and bold and I love how each tile is unique. I highly recommend working with Mercury Mosaics!

I had Mercury Mosaics design a bathroom floor tile mosaic that would coordinate with the 100 year old original tile in my bathroom so I could replace the floor in that room. The tile was beautiful and matched my original tiles perfectly. The tiles arrived quickly and the company was very easy to work with. I get so many compliments on this element of my remodel. I think the bathroom floor is the best part of the house now!

Mercury was excellent to work with for my bathroom niche tiling project! From start to finish, they assisted me with the math for my sq. footage, I was kept up to date on the creation of the tile, it arrived on time (and I had a short and hard deadline) and their customer service is A+. The tile itself is stunning - it is truly a work of art.
