We renovated our single fronted Victorian instead of moving to another house and it was a great decision. We have lived in the renovated house for a little over 4 years now and it has been a great pleasure. The house is attractive, light and importantly it keeps us warm in winter and very comfortable in summer without the need for excessive heating/cooling. It was built and designed using largely sustainable materials. Both the Architect (Green Sheep Collective) and Builder (Excelsior Master Builder) were very responsive to our needs and guided us through what can be a stressful and overwhelming time, with ease and care and made the whole process a pleasure. Our favorite part of the process was working collaboratively with Shae, the Architect, to design the floor plan that we had envisioned but were unable to draw without her expert assistance. The layout of the house is now perfect for our needs and has been flexible enough to happily house our growing family of four. We love how the house opens up onto the deck and garden with large windows and glass bifold doors, which let in light, and help to warm the house in winter, whilst also allowing us to have indoor/outdoor living. We really love our home and cannot imagine moving.

Working with Greensheep Collective was an absolute joy when we decided to subdivide our property in Bendigo. Their strong commitment to the client, and ensuring client satisfaction was fantastic. I was wanting to create a renovation using environmentally sustainable principles. I also had a limited budget but keen to balance both aspects. I was impressed with the ideas the GSC brought to the job, many things i would just not have thought of and as a result we have a smaller but more functional space, with great use of light and shade and a warm lovely home to live in. It was a pleasure to work with the architect who was extremely patient with my many questions and the thinking through i needed to do to feel it was right for me. I would thoroughly recommend this company for any job. They are professional, inspiring and considerate of your goals and plans.

GSC did a fantastic bespoke design for our Brunswick terrace. Given the limitations of a single front house the design was able too utilize the space to feel open and full of natural light. I highly recommend working with GSC
