I started Hine Builders to give clients a direct, personal point of contact who will assure total success and client satisfaction for their project. With a quiet determination, a perfectionist’s curiosity and a passion for excellence, I offer clients an informed approach, unique sensibility and the attention to detail their project deserves. I work closely with architects, designers and engineers to create a team concept through open dialogue in an atmosphere of mutual respect. Together we research, innovate and evaluate the most appropriate methods and materials. By using time-tested construction methods and combining the best technology of both past and present, we can implement the very best solutions. This collaboration leads to a superior outcome everyone will be proud of. A meticulous review of all drawings and specifications ensures that every element and nuance of a design can be fully realized. My focus and my company’s resources are devoted to a limited number of projects. My staff provides support that allows me to personally lead each project and carefully supervise every last detail of the home myself. With over 20 years of extensive experience in new residential construction, remodeling, and historic restorations, I approach every project with the same intensity.
