Comentado: What is the treatment on the ceiling? Is it just painted?Its actually concrete. The texture is from the wood forms that left marks when it was poured and they were removed. It looks fantastic in person, pictures don't do it justice.

Comentado: Can you tell me what diameter the A/C ducts are?The ceilings in that model unit were quite large so it made everything look relatively small in the space including the duct work. It was a 8" duct.
