Laura was so easy to work with and had so many great ideas. We were relocating to Las Vegas and buying a new home and wanted to start fresh with all new furnishings. She took us to the Design Center and did her magic! We love everything we purchased and get so many compliments on our home. She also purchased all of our art, the blinds and curtains and other minor decor for throughout the house and oversaw the placement of everything in the house and filled in any gaps. Laura just completed a major remodel of every room in our house. I don't think there was a wall that wasn't touched. She was amazing to work with from the very start. We are so happy with our choice to hire My Favorite Design, Inc.! Laura was so helpful and professional from our first phone conversation and I knew she was the right designer for us! We are so pleased with all the hardwood flooring, carpeting, paint and light fixtures she helped us choose. The installation done by her team was excellent as well. They did a thorough cleaning which was the icing on the cake. Laura helped us remodel our home when we purchased it this year. We were living out of state for the entire process. Laura was amazing! She helped us to pick out colors and styles, arranged for all of the workers and kept the project on task and on time - all in our absence. It was so nice to move into the house in May and to have all of these projects done before we arrived! During the project Laura was always available and responsive. She also has a great sense of humor which helps to alleviate the stress of a remodel.

That was certainly the case here. The success of this project was especially remarkable considering that other than two trips from Chicago to Las Vegas, we did everything long distance. Laura under promises and over delivers. I have hired Laura three times and each time she has delivered on ideas, budget and workmanship. The first project Laura did for us was a commercial office space. We were trying to create a "high-end" space that was not over-the-top and comfortable for our clients. Laura delivered. We then had her do our personal home and a rental property we were building. Each time we were able to describe the environment we were wanting to create and she was dead on. She sets realistic expectations on every aspect of the process and holds herself accountable. I can't say enough positive things about her.

Laura provided amazing service and expertise with our house design. We hired Laura in February and again in August. My husband and I had never worked with a professional designer before. After seeing the beautiful job Laura has done to our house, I won't go into RC Willey or attempt to decorate my house on my own again. Doing it myself is a waste of time, energy and money. Our house was repainted, redecorated and rearranged by Laura and her team in just a few days. The same job would have taken me about one year or more to do. I was relieved by the simplicity of it - we just left town for a few days, came back and our house was a new house. When I walked in, I was in awe because it looked so different. Laura has a talent for decorating and design - she just knows what will work for each room. She made our house look fresh, updated and organized. She even printed out some family photos of ours I sent to her and framed them herself - and made an awesome photo wall. I like the furniture that she took the time to show us at the design center.
