Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Mitch listened to our vision and made a couple modifications to the design. The house layout is perfect. Mitch made our forever home a dream come true. Highly recommend him for any of your remodeling or home design.

We have used Mitch for our personal home plans and also plans for homes that we have renovated and sold. We were so impressed by his vision for the spaces and how he was able to put floorplans and designs together that encompassed everything we wanted. His turnaround is quick, he was a great help when dealing with city permit issues, and overall we couldn't be happier with him and his product. We will definitely be using Littfin Design for all future projects.

Mitch was great to work with. He gets things done thoroughly and quickly. The other thing that I really appreciated was that he was always up front with us about timing and fees. He never over-promised and under-delivered. We will continue to work with Mitch in the future.

Dan & Julie McHugh

We worked with Mitch to come up with a plan to tear down existing 1 story ranch and replace with 2 story design. Kept original basement and excavated more. Mitch was a great listener and came back to us with concepts that fit what we were looking for. More importantly he made changes as we fleshed this out without complaint and delivered 4 color rendering that made his and our ideas come alive before construction started. Fast turnaround and fairly priced. We enjoyed working with Mitch.

We absolutely love working with Mitch! He is in tune with our concepts and ideas and gets them on paper. We have worked with him for two years on over a dozen projects. His work is timely and he is an overall great guy to work with!

Concept Homes

Mitch is very knowledgeable with both the city codes and as well as the construction standpoint. It amazes me how quickly he can put out quality plans.

Comentado: Help with Bathroom vanity colorIf you are keeping the walls and flooring the same, and if you are painting the tiles white, I would go for a lighter color on the vanity as well. You can never go wrong with white, or a light beige....
