After 35-Years, we decided that it was time for a complete home exterior makeover – roof; siding; windows & patio cover. Our first priority was to find a company local to our home in Spring, Texas. As with any major project, we did our homework – Company searches & reviews. We narrowed our search down to 3-Companies. One of the (3) companies never contacted us. Another company came out looked at everything, took measurements, discussed our options and said that we would be receiving a quote. That never happened. Within a couple of days, the 3rd Company – Texas Home Exteriors setup & came out for an appointment. Salesman and Now Owner Michael Looney sat down with us to go over the project, took measurements, discussed everything with us again, and within a week, we received our quote. Michael, then came out again to discuss, and Texas Home Exterior was selected for the project. A few days later Michael & Troy Mattern, the Project Manager come out to validate all of the measurements, and setup a start date for the project. The project started without a hitch in October, 2019. By the end of October some 3-Weeks later, the project was completed. The crews that performed the work did an excellent job, cleaning up at the end of every day. We were extremely satisfied with the entire Texas Home Exterior Team and ‘Highly Recommend’ them and will use them again for all of our needs. Thank You Michael, Troy and Gonzalo for everything.

I contacted The Texas Exteriors for my roof replacement. They was able to make something happen. I am impress with everyone that I came in contact with. They was all very professional. Michael Looney great sales representative.. Troy was great he explained everything to me. The roof was done in one day very professional done.

I am so impressed with everyone I came in contact with at Texas Home Exteriors. This isn't just "another roofing company" this is THE roofing company. Sales Representative Michael Looney gave a great presentation & it was obvious he believes in the company, the products they use & the service they provide. He is very "roof" knowledgeable & there's no high pressure involved. He answered my questions before I could ask them. Office Manager Shelly Kapitan was never too busy to read my emails & assist with financing & paperwork. She is truly a gem. Project Manager Troy Mattern is another winner. He & his crew work together like a well oiled machine. They were very efficient & completed the job in about 7 hours & left not a trace of debris behind. I could not be more pleased with my beautiful new roof from start to finish. Thank you to everyone for taking good care of me!

I contacted Texas Home Exteriors for my roof replacement. They were able to make something happen from nothing. From day 1 to the end someone was in contact with me keeping me up to date on the project. The roof looks great!!! I highly recommend this company and will use them again! In a nut shell that were great to work with! We hired them to install James Hardie siding on our home in northwest Houston Texas. They came out to visit, measured our home for new siding and rendered a written proposal or as some call it an estimate. We then decided to do the siding job. They also told us about the Texas ez pay financing that they had to offer and we then decided that we were good to go! Two weeks latter we had new hardieplank siding on our home! I needed to solve a gutter problem that has been on going for awhile. I called the man who installed them awhile ago. I called Greg to update him of my situation. We have not talked for over a decade. None-The-Less Greg immediately referred me to his gutter specialist and promised me that this would be taken care of. I made that call and got an appointment to have this completed. Problem solved as of 7/5/17. Many thanks to Greg and others for handling this A.S.A.P.! Keep doing the outstanding Customer Service that you provided me and I know you will be making many other clients happy!

I got several quotes to install LP Smart side. Texas Home Exteriors had the best price and reviews. From start to finish they were professionals. The sales person, project coordinator, installers, office and financing were all on the same page during the whole project. This company truly believes in customer satisfaction.

Got 4 quotes for new siding. Texas Home Exteriors offered to use the best material do a great job. Very professional. Excellent price and wonderful service. Crew was prompt and courteous and finished as promised. (I felt like everyone really cared about me and my job) Highly recommended!

I only gave 1 star because 0 is not an option. I hired Texas Home Exteriors for replacement windows and new LP siding. I got approved through their financing company with no problems, so I chose my options and signed the contract. 2 days later an employee came by to double check measurements, and told me that it would be about 4 -6 weeks to get my windows. At this point I thought all was fine until I get a call asking to verify my color options. I was informed by the owner Greg, that the interior window color option we had chosen from the salesperson was not an option. He emailed me the 3 options and my wife and I replied back with our choice...Creme White! I also explained to Greg that it would be beneficial if we went over all the options( grids, color, rain glass, etc.) before the order was finalized to make sure everyone was on the same page. Didn't think I was asking much, or making things too complex, as we were about to spend 19K on windows and siding. I got this response back from the owner Greg Capitan: "At this point, your project needs be transferred to a cash contract with there beings so many particulars. We have found with situations like this and having this much detail and financed, it often takes too long for us to get paid and we cannot hold the note that long as we have crews, materials and expenses to pay. With this being said, we require half down and the rest when completed if it's not just a simple window replacement " I read a few complaints about this situation happening to few others, but thought the 5star ratings outweighed the few negatives. Never have i been approved for financing through a company, only to be told by the owner that they would not honor that contract but now require 50% cash up front...... by the way, I have a close to 800 credit score so that was not an issue, plus I had already signed the contract for financing. I guess if you just need A SIMPLE WINDOW REPLACED then these are your guys, but if you want options like window frame colors and grid options, this might be a little to detailed and complex for Texas Home Exteriors. If you do decide to use these guys, don't bother with financing.........Bring CASH AND BEWARE!

I first saw Texas Home Exteriors working on my neighbors siding. They looked very professional. I contacted them for an estimate on siding for my home. Very reasonable estimate. Job was started on time & finished a day early. Crew was great. I had some concerns about working around my new deck, not a problem. I would recommend them anytime, anywhere. They made my 35yr old home look new again.

This was the most pleasant experience ever. Texas Home Exteriors replaced my roof and complete siding. From sales, project management and the hands on crew were on time and cleaned up everyday as if they weren't even working at my house. Every person I had contact with was knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any questions I had. My project was quite extensive so it ran longer than expected but they didn't rush the finishing the job for the sake of being over. Truly professional at every level. I'm so glad I went with Texas Home Exteriors and highly recommend them to anyone with a need for exterior services.
