I chose to work with Evalutions while building a new home. From choosing exterior paint colors to wallpaper, mirrors, window coverings and furniture Diana, Mallory and Michael were friendly and fun to work with. Their knowledge and experience saved me from some costly mistakes and many many hours of shopping and searching Fot just the right items They gently guided me into figuring out my “style” without being pushy. Their guidance was invaluable in making my new home perfect. I love my new home thanks to the Evalutions team!

Mallory has been a wealth of information throughout the process of our renovations and now with the decorating and design of the furnishings. She is simply amazing and so understanding about everything that I have talked to her about. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with any projects!

Mallory and Diana have provided me with excellent services in helping my select my new paint colours and crown moulding to make my new Florida home feel like mine. They also helped select and design all drapery and hardware as well as ensured it was professionally installed. We just selected lighting for the main hall, dining and kitchen which made finding lighting fun and exciting. All was done professionally and on time. I began working with Evalutions (Diana and Mallory) 4 years ago when we purchased our first home in Florida. We bought a vacation home and had to start from scratch; this was no easy feat as we primarily lived in Ohio. I reached out to Diana and we spoke over the phone about my expectations and what I was looking for. After our first meeting where they showed me actual ideas and samples based on our correspondence, I sensed that they "got me"...I knew this was the duo for me, so we proceeded. We worked together and completely decorated that house. They were so good at listening to my ideas and sensing the overall feel I was going for. The end result: WE LOVED IT! A few years later, we had an opportunity to upgrade and move on the water. This was a dilapidated foreclosure that took more than a year to remodel. Both Diana and Mallory worked very closely with my general contractor on design concepts that I wouldn't have even thought about (this was a bonus service!!!). This also meant we had to retro-fit the design elements that we had in our previous home, and fill in because we now had a bigger space. Without missing a beat, they jumped right in and helped me create the house of our dreams. Their attention to detail and desire to please is something to experience. They are amazing. They kept all my finishes and samples for every room in my house so that when we needed to make changes on house #2, they have everything at their fingertips to work with. Regarding both projects, they made every step of the process, not only easy, but very enjoyable. The best service they offer is that they can do as little (add in design elements to complete rooms), perform complete design/decor services, and everything in between. Because every person, home and budget is unique; they have a remarkable ability to customize their services to your particular needs. I have actually formed a friendship with these ladies. They are amazing designer/decorators, but moreover, they are even better people. You will not be sorry if you contact them for your next decorating project.

The Evalutions Group did an amazing job helping us plan out our new home. First they helped with space planning furniture in our home. Next they did all the window treatments. They truly take the time to listen to you and then make suggestions. I gave them pictures of furniture that we had purchased and they went to town pulling out fabrics, shades, etc. They have SO many options for your budget as well.
