ProSource Plumbing Supply

We have purchased items from them several times and have been very happy with their selection, quality of merchandise and service. Recently I had a small problem with something I bought from them 4 years ago and they took care of it quickly and at no charge. They have a well-trained, friendly staff and are a pleasure to deal work with.

While we have bought new items from the showroom, their supply operation is wonderful. Mike Bolduc offers unparalleled guidance and advice. He is the reason i come back whenever i need to buy parts and fix things.

I worked with Emma at Prosource for more than a year while I renovated a home. She quickly learned my aesthetic and strived to make my choices successful and cohesive. She never waivered in her professionalism, grace under pressure or her calm , patient demeanor. I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. Every person who helped me had superb competency in their product knowledge. Whether it was kitchen sinks, specialized tubs, cabinet knobs or pulls, Prosource's showroom had a tremendous array of product to touch and feel. When I brought in photos of items not on the floor, Emma worked to make my choices available. Their specialists in door handles and knobs are marvels. Their expertise saved me from a couple of costly mistakes and proved that expertise is worth its weight in gold. For price,expertise,and can do attitude , Prosource is a five star experience.

Pro Source carries many brands that aren't stocked in most stores and their staff is always helpful when it comes to selections, ordering and delivery!

I have worked with Pro Source on a number of projects. They have a great show room with toons of products. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The few times I have price shopped their quotes, Pro Source has always been the lowest.

The customer service professionals at ProSource were very helpful when I purchased a Rohl farmhouse sink and a Delta faucet for my recent kitchen renovation. Courtney was patient through all my questions and my choices and the changing of my mind until I finally settled on the items I purchased. She gave me brochures to take home with me to study before I finally ordered. Ordering was prompt and my products arrived in a timely manner. Prices were competitive with other plumbing supply stores in the area. I'm using my new sink and faucet now and love them both!
