I hired New Generation Home Improvement to do extensive remodeling of my home. The renovations included a complete kitchen remodel, (included removing walls and opening up the space by raising the ceiling), renovations for 2 1/2 baths, new doors, lighting, and plumbing replacement, etc. The work was outstanding. The team was skilled, courteous, and hard working. I was provided with a detailed pricing sheet and payment schedule which I reviewed with Mario before the initial work began. There were no extras or add-ons except ones that I specifically requested. The quality of the work was exceptional. I met weekly, as needed, with the contractor and my designer, Jesse Armstrong of Fisher Fairmount Designs, LLC to discuss and review project status, and to identify and resolve possible issues. I love my new home! Thank you, Mario and Marisela for your excellent service, attention to detail, your availability, and integrity and honesty while working on my project.

We cannot recommend New Generation highly enough - we worked with Mario and Marisela on a re-model that was being filmed for TV and their attention to detail and communication was second to none. Project management is one of the hardest and most expensive labor components of any project, New Generation were great to team up with, managing the project beautifully, from start to a photo finish! The quality of workmanship in the finishing is superb! Look forward to working with you guys again soon!

New Generation were our contractors while were being filmed on HGTV for House Hunters- Renovation. Our interior designer found them, and we were very happy with her choice. I only have great things to say about them. We have a 1904 Craftsman, and with their help, we took down a wall and added a structural beam, remodeled the kitchen, added a bathroom, and moved the laundry room. The end product is beautiful. If anything went wrong along the way (which is to be expected in a 1904 house), Mario was quick to let me know and talked out options with me.

We very much enjoyed working with Mario and Marisella, the principals of New Generation. We were getting “2 for the price of 1” - Marisella, who also has extensive experience in construction, participated in most meetings, and was essential to helping administer and keep the project moving forward. Ensuring we were happy with the work was always upmost in their minds. It was a huge “plus” that the workers are New Generation employees. The same guys were with us throughout the project, were diligent, friendly, responsive and very concerned about quality and customer satisfaction. The whole New Generations team became part of the family and we even shared in“pupusa Friday” when we would sit with the crew and share the delicious Salvadoran dish made of a thick corn tortilla and stuffed with a savory filling made by one of the worker’s wives. Mario and Marisella have a fine aesthetic and had critical input into design elements that helped make sure we were happy with the outcome. There are always challenges in any big project but when they would arise New Generation was a positive problem solver and worked hard to successfully resolve any issues.. Their pricing for the original project as well as any changes along the way were fair and justified. The New Generation team was a great choice and helped create a beautifully remodeled home.

New Generation exceeded our expectations in every area of the construction process in our renovation, which was very extensive! They finished the job within the time frame, they met with us every week to update us as the work progressed, the actual work was clean, detailed and accurate. The crew was friendly and courteous. The team worked very well with the sub contractors who were brought in... it was truly a well oiled machine. One often hears about how difficult a large renovation can be. We gutted half of the house and the entire job took three months. It was not difficult because we felt the job moving quickly at every stage. We would recommend New Generation becauae they are professional, diligent and very very talented.

Marisela and Mario are absolutely wonderful! They, and their workers, are very professional and helpful. Although it took longer than anticipated, as with most construction work, my bathrooms and bedroom are stunning. If there were any issues, Mario immediately rectified the problem. My family and friends cannot stop raving about the workmanship. I have referred them to many of my friends and colleagues. I wish they had remodeled my kitchen. THANK YOU Marisela and Mario.

Mario handled a full kitchen remodel for us. Communication was great between us, our designer, and his construction team. Changes were discussed thoroughly and there were no "surprises" when it came time to pay. This was not our first time around the remodel block, but I have to say that this was easily our best experience.
