Anne Grice is a proffessional. She listened to what I wanted and then grew the design into the most perfect space imaginable. Her team took care of everything. We are a condominium hotel, with 100 individual condominium owners all of whom participate in our rental program. Because our buildings are nearly 50 yeas old, providing ongoing upgrading and renovations is essential in keeping our condominiums up to date and appropriate to our guest expectations and the nightly rates we charge. Anne Give Interiors continues to work with individual owners on renovations, and she does an excellent job. Her taste and direction in interior design is great for our property and for our setting in Aspen. She is aware of cost concerns, and she designs interiors to be appropriate to our heavy rental and family use. She has good contractors doing her work, and she gets things done on time. I hired Anne to redo my living room. With little direction she has created a lovely, comfortable space for me. She respected my color preferences and gave me choices throughout the process. I have worked with Anne Grice on numerous projects over the past 8 years. We recently completed the complete renovation of an 80’s era, rustic unit into a clean, contemporary town home.
