Costs is determined on a per project basis. We offer full service interior design contracts with a flat design fee calculated on your specific project needs. We offer all inclusive custom turn key furniture packages built to fit your needs and budget starting as low as $10,000.00 per room installed for a bedroom. Another option to furnishing your home is a Custom Home Furnishing contract with a flat design fee and the purchase of all furnishings at designer's wholesale cost plus 20%.

Similar to another reviewer, the pieces chosen had some very low end cheap items. When I asked to swap out for better quality pieces (with me paying the price difference), she refused to take back the junk she had purchased.

Jo Anne Howa did my place and it is horrible.....junky material, items didn't work, stuff falling apart months later.....would never hire. Ceiling fixtures bumping into bed posts, and nothing properly centered. Living room area rug shedding like a furry dog. My wife and I talk about how quickly we can replace many of the key items that Jo Anne installed.

We are very sorry to hear this. We work with each of our client’s individual needs and budgets and the builder was our client for your home. We understand that if you had the opportunity to select things personally you may have done things differently. We didn’t have the opportunity to work with you until the project was completed. The things you have asked us to do after you purchased the model seemed to go well. If there are any problems with these items please let us know. We stand by the quality of the products that we installed and if you are having an issue please notify us of the specific item and situation and we will gladly research availability of replacements under warranty. We would also be happy to work with you to find pieces that better suit your needs and personal tastes. Please feel free to contact us any time.

Jo Ann and her team always provide a beautiful finished product. As a sub-contractor that has assisted with many of their projects we see first-hand their eye for detail and their skill in managing a project. The end result is always beautiful and timeless!
