Payne & Payne did a great job in building our home from concept to design to construction. Project managers' Jason Baylor and Jay Plent listened, reviewed, revised, and revised again our requests to help us build the home that we wanted. All of our questions were promptly answered and they were very professional. They were very helpful and patient with all of our revisions. The quality of their work and attention to detail stood out. They were recommended to us by others as the best builders in the area, and we very much agree. My wife and I love the home that they built for us.

Everyone we met from the beginning to the end of our project exceeded all of our expectations. It is obvious they have a simple yet very effective company practice. Treat each project as if it was your own. Every concern, every worry, or stress that came about (and there were not many) was handled as if the concern was their own. David, Michael, Jon David and Mark along with everyone else in this company treated us like family. Our time was always respected. Our opinions were always consulted. Communication was simple, short, and only when necessary. Every company that they referred us to was top notch as well. They continue to follow up with us after we have moved in and have addressed every thing down to the minor detail. As far as we are concerned, they are the only choice for building a new home. They made a potentially stressful project, very stress free and actually made it... enjoyable!

It was a pleasure to have Payne & Payne Builders construct my dream home. From the early stages of choosing my lot and designing my floor plan to choosing the final finishing touches at the design center, the process was streamlined and well organized. The Payne & Payne experience is truly one of a kind. Every step in the process we felt as if our ideas, wants and needs were always taken into account. We came into this process as first time home builders with a vision. After interviewing four area builders and walking through some of their homes, it was apparent to us that Payne and Payne was the best choice. We had confidence that they could deliver a quality, custom home within our budget. We started with photos of our dream kitchen and great room, and along with the Payne & Payne team, we made that dream a reality. They took the time to understand our vision without dismissing it, which set them apart from the other builders. We now have a very well-built, beautiful home, thanks to Jason, Nick, Annie and their professional, best in the business, team of subcontractors. One of the things that reassured us that we had made the right decision was whenever anyone involved with working with builders; real-estate agents, suppliers, lenders, etc. asked us who we were building with, we would answer Payne & Payne, and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM said, "They're the best." Now we know that to be true. We would recommend them to anyone, and would build with them again in the future.

Top notch builder with an excellent team of designers, draftsmen, project leadership and tradesmen - all whom practice remarkable and effective communications throughout all phases of the plan, design & build. We had high expectations going into the project, and Payne & Payne met or exceeded each and every one. We would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating building their home. Payne and Payne can do the entire package because they have architect, house designer, interior designers and project management in their office / design studio. We are very pleased with the craftsmen they used in each aspect of this. Mark led us from first discussions thru celebrating at the finish. Dan and Rebecca were creative and responsive in every aspect of overall design and interior treatment. Joel as our project manager contributed great ideas and was patient with me going through my need for details, costs, options and technical details. They have a proven dedicated group of sub-contractors starting with careful removal of minimal trees, through responsive adjustments for our concerns when turning over the finished product. Our feeling is that they are definitely not the lowest cost builder, but certainly the best overall.

Payne & Payne Builders are fabulous! They are currently building my dream home. I found them on a green home tour. They incorporate numerous green building features. The construction workmanship is superior. Their team of architect and designers have proved to be invaluable in helping me achieve my dream.
