Architectural Metal Works is an ornamental metal fabricator specializing in unique, contemporary residential and light commercial metal. A group of talented craftspeople who have been in business for more than 50 years, we are capable of producing virtually anything you can dream up. Whether you want a pre-engineered railing or a custom designed stair, we provide excellent service and maintain a keen eye for detail. Based out of Emeryville, CA with 15,000 sqft of shop space, all of our products are made in the United States and built to last. Our specialty is aluminum fabrication, an alternative to steel that doesn’t rust over time and is lighter and more economical. We have over five hundred proprietary extruded shapes designed to make railing, canopies, grilles, trellises, gates, stairs, and more. Our aluminum shapes can be combined with stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and bronze to match your aesthetic or existing materials. We can incorporate glass, perforated metal panels, and have the capability to polish, anodize, or powdercoat to achieve a huge variety of finishes and colors. We like to think that if you can draw it, we can build it. We fabricate and install in the greater Bay Area, and ship to all 50 states.
