Hi Susan,

As we discussed when we sat down the other day, I apologize again about your negative experience during the home buying process with us.

In the home building industry, we work with numerous amounts of contractors and individuals where communication is absolutely vital.
As much as I would like to say we are always on top of it, I know this is not always the case, and unfortunately there are times where things fall through the cracks and communication is broken down.

As a third generation home builder, my family has built and survived in this industry with our customer service, and our company has lived and grown by this reputation. Please understand that the highest quality in product and service has always been, and will always be our number one goal and priority.

We care very much about the people we work with, so it’s disheartening to know that even one of our customers is dissatisfied with their experience.

Thank you for allowing me to explain myself the other day, and the situation, and I hope you don’t judge the entire company based on this one instance.
