These people are awesome and so are their installers! I had great customer service and professional installers. I was working on a shortl time line to get the job done before my granddaughter came home from college. The men that installed my carpet, which was upstairs and downstairs, wanted her room to be ready, so they even made up her bed and placed her multiple pillows on top of the comforter. I was so thankful for that since I was so exhausted and she would be home that evening. They took photos of every room before they removed the furniture so they would be sure to put the furniture back in the right place. Thanks Carpet One By Henry and all of your employees! A special thanks to Roma and all of his men that installed the carpet!!

I selected Carpet One By Henry to provide and install hardwood flooring in my upstairs hallway to match the flooring in the Master bedroom. I also had porcelain tile installed in the kitchen and sunroom. My wife and I were both please with the flooring selection and the professional installation provided by the two separate 2 man teams. Working with Ryan & Kelly on the initial consultation and estimates was fantastic. They really helped me with understanding different options and choosing the colors & patterns. I worked with Ryan Scott in the past with excellent results and will continue to consult with Ryan and Carpet One in the future.

We have used Ryan and his great team at Carpets One By Henry in our primary residence and also at our vacation home. I cannot say enough about the integrity, experience and reliability of this company! Ryan is an incredible person who works so hard to make everything he does for his customers a hassle- and worry-free experience. He goes the extra mile and you never, ever have to worry that you are not getting what you expect. I could go on and on -- we have used them for huge projects and will always be loyal customers!

I was able to find tons of excellent flooring options. Kelly from Carpet One by Henry was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. She was also incredibly personable and fun to work with. We love the laminate flooring and tile options that we selected and they look fabulous in the venue. Jason was also great at assisting us with how much product to order and who to use for installation. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with Carpet One by Henry.

Great company and great people to work with. Customer service is fantastic and they absolutely make sure the job is done right and to the custoner's satisfaction. Lots of flooring options with a variety of styles to choose from, all with a wide range in price points. This is my third project with Carpet One By Henry, and I'm sure it won't be my last. I would highly recommend their company!!
