Part of our initial meeting is to perceive the client's personal requirements that will influence the project. the home is a personal and private space. The detail in the work has to console, motivate, relax and represent the client and their wishes. Done properly, our work will create a space where our clients will make and share great memories. We begin by visiting your project location. We work with you to truly understand your vision and will propose solutions on how we can bring your vision to life in a cost effective manner. With years of experience, our design team will be an amazing asset in producing suggestions for layout and material, as well as providing all necessary drawings and material specifications. I chose LJH Construction to renovate my bathroom,upstairs hallway,stairs and Sunroom.I felt I was in good hands with Leandross and his on site staff. I am very happy with the quality of the completed project. I would recommend Leandross for your construction project. He is very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Which is hard to find these days . LJH stands out from the rest for good reason. You can count on Leandross also if you need any follow up after your project is completed. That was the case for me and I wasn’t disappointed.

Very dedicated team , our Reno was nothing but issues and problems ( strata , city permits ) but Leandros was always positive and gave us the encouragement and yes we finally did abd our outcome was beautiful Reno done , even got awards at the end . Do I want another Reno ? NO but if anyone looking for the great contractor, LJH construction and his team , are highly recommended. I give 10/10 to them .

Leandross and his crew did a somewhat smaller job for me at my home, and the work was done efficiently, professionally and without any hiccups. The quality of the work was as if not more than i would have expected as i do not have a keen eye for the small stuff. I would recommend LJH Construction for any projects knowing the job will be done right, on time and on budget!

LJH Construction completed a renovation of my condo including the kitchen, den and living area. What sets LJH apart is its attention to detail and great client service. Leandross, the company President, ensures he fully understands the client’s vision and then formulates a project plan and budget. LJH brought a lot of innovative ideas to the process and Leandross and his team are a pleasure to work with. Being a bit of a “clean freak”, I appreciated how they kept the work space clean and tidy and were respectful of my neighbours. The final results exceeded my expectations and I’ve received great compliments on my renovated home.

We met Leandross at the end of Summer with the goal to renovate a new apartment. We set out the goal to complete the project by the end of the year and the team managed that with no issues. Working with Leandross and his team was incredibly easy and streamlined. We provided the concept and inspiration as to how we wanted the apartment to look and he delivered. Throughout the project his team would often provide us numerous options and recommendations for appliances, hardware, flooring etc. in order to deliver us quality materials while staying within our budget. The team is also incredibly flexible as they were able to take on changes in our design as well as extra installation work we had not planned originally, again speaks to their ability to forecast realistic lead times and completion date. On top of all of this, a majority of the project management from our end was done remotely, so I am grateful to work with such a trustworthy team to help us make decisions on the spot if we couldn't provide an immediate answer on urgent matters during the install. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Leandross and his team and I would 1000% work with him again when the next opportunity arises.

After a long and thorough vetting of multiple general contractors we had decided to hire LJH Construction for our full condo renovation (~900 sqft, 2 bd, 2 bath). From the start Leandross was a pleasure to deal with - from the initial estimate to contract negotiations (scope of work/terms and conditions) to the actual project work. We found him to be very reputable as he would give us his expert opinion on ideas that we had and the potential negatives that we may not have considered. His staff and trades were all very pleasant and professional as well as did some great work. If there were any problems or hiccups (one time one of the bathroom faucets weren't quite turned off all the way by the painters) Leandross was very prompt in responding and rectifying the problem. We had a wide range of quotes on the renovation and LJH came in just above the middle of the pack. As they say you get what you pay for and in LJH's case I would say Leandross and team offer a compelling value proposition as they do great work for a competitive price while also standing behind their work. I would not hesitate to use LJH again for future projects as Leandross was a pleasure to work with and made our first time major reno project go very smoothly.

I hired this company to upgrade my condo's small galley kitchen and I am very pleased with the results. Leandross provided quotes in a timely manner and we had very good communication throughout. He offered valuable suggestions and his team were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was professional. The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. They were able to complete the work slightly ahead of time. Suggested changes were accommodated and the place always kept clean. I very much enjoyed dealing with this company.

Leandross and his team at LJH Construction recently completed some significant upgrades and repairs to our new condo. We couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of the work, and would recommend LJH Construction to anyone. We encountered a number of obstacles and delays (due entirely to external factors) and were so grateful that we could rely on Leandross to adapt to the changing situation. Despite all the challenges, the work was completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. Communication was excellent, and we felt we could really depend on Leandross to give us good advice and work with us to solve problems. The whole team was very pleasant to work with, and we feel very confident that they stand behind their work, should any concerns ever arise in future. I can highly recommend Leandross of LJH Construction. I hired him/his company to do a renovation on my townhouse including installing new hardwood floors, removing a fireplace and mantle and replacing it with a closet and pantry area, renovating the half bathroom downstairs and replacing my patio doors and shower enclosure. The renovation was done to perfection, on time and with minimal inconvenience. Leandross is extremely well organized, well priced, and his attention to detail ensures that the renovation is completed to perfection. He himself and his team are very pleasant to work with and he was always there to promptly answer any question or concerns. I'm so pleased with the results and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and to use him again myself when the occasion arises.
