From beginning to end CBG were fantastic to work with. After renovating our master bathroom last year, we had them back to gut and renovate the kitchen, lay new flooring throughout and replace the staircase and railings. The attention to detail from Dustin the owner, to Anjela in design, to Tim the project manager and the crew of Wes and Ryan, was amazing. The lines of communication were always open, and their whole team was respectful, professional and tidy. The quality of work is simply outstanding. It feels as though we are living in a new house! We love the functionality of our new kitchen and the complete transformation of our space. We would thoroughly recommend CBG to anyone looking to do a home renovation no matter how big or small. Dustin, from Concept Build Group, was the general contractor for our kitchen/bathroom renovation. He was always very professional and was consistently available for questions and consultations before, during and after the job was completed. The communication channels were all the time open. The crew that worked in our house, mainly Wes and Ryan, was great! Punctual, responsible and clean. Their work was kept neat with attention to detail. We are quite pleased with the design, the quality of the building materials used and the craftmanship. In all, we highly recommend Concept Build Group.

We love our master bathroom. Concept were great project managers. Nice to work with and our project was finished on time despite the pandemic starting right in the middle of it. We still love our choices which they guided for our mirror, vanity, tile and shower. Beautiful job! Bad lighting in the pics but looks very fresh and airy in real life.

Absolutely fantastic company. Their work is incredible. From start to finish the attention to detail was amazing. Never had any issues with them not showing up.....they were there everyday doing what they do best, create our beautiful new kitchen and master bath. Concept also moved a couple of walls in other rooms for us and created an absolutely amazing ceiling detail in our dining room. All of the people that work for them are professional and very respectful. We would not hesitate in recommending Concept Build Group to anyone and would definitely have them back the next time we need any improvements or changes done in our home.

Concept Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job of completely renovating our master ensuite bathroom. We had definite ideas of things we wanted, and Nelson provided several options which accommodated our plan perfectly. He has excellent design ideas and guided us in making our choices. The store has a good selection of materials and it was most helpful to bring samples home to see how they would look. The entire team is knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all our questions. As we moved forward, they worked with us to revise the type of shower bench and drain we chose, with a great outcome. The tradesmen were professional and courteous, and we were really pleased with their work. We wanted a spa feel and a sense of calm in our ensuite, and the end result is exactly what we envisioned.

I was first impressed by the store being an amazing showcase of quality products, the best I had seen. I found all the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional at Concept kitchen and Bath. Tim was very flexible and patient with my many changes during the planning and throughout the renovation. Very impressed with the workers they were professional, respectful of your home and quality work done by all. I am extremely happy with my dream bathroom. I would definitely recommend Concept Kitchen and bath.

The day I went into Concept Kitchen and Bath, I knew I was in the right place. All of,the staff were knowledgable and friendly. They never made me feel that my questions were unimportant. John came to my house to assess my exiting kitchen and get a feel for my decorating style. His design was absolutely perfect!! The quality of the products are superb! Eventually I will need to renovate my main bathroom and I would not hesitate in using Conceptkandb again. I recommend them highly to everyone!!! Thank you!!!!!

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Concept Kitchen and Bath. They exceeded our expectations on the completed projects both in quality, and staying with the price estimate. Working with Nelson Dias (our designer/project manager) was a pleasant, honest, and extremely helpful experience. Nelson provided excellent communication from beginning to end. He gave a lot of extra design ideas and concepts on both our kitchen and bathroom renovations that brought new life to our idea's - and was carried out to perfection. Nelson provided so many extra's beyond the scope of our renovations that I couldn't imagine working with anyone other him. The workers were respectful of our home, fast, clean and efficient. They kept the work area (and all surrounding areas) cleaner then it was to start. We have received many compliments on our newly renovated home, that make us proud and excited to talk about our experience we had with "Concept Kitchen and Bath" - especially in working with "Nelson Dias".

I used Concept Kitchen and Bath to renovate my kitchen. After obtaining quotes and designs from 5 companies, Concept were the only ones to totally blow us out the water. Their design gave us everything we could have dreamed of and more. They totally changed the layout of my kitchen and utilised every inch of space. The company oversaw every aspect of the reno, from take down, new floors to reinstall. They were professional and dealt with any concerns we had during the process and insured we were happy and satisfied with the result. Looking forward to working with them again and would certainly recommend them to everyone!

I found the staff at Concept Kitchen and Bath to be both knowledgeable and helpful, listening to what my needs were and providing me with a number of creative options within the budget limits that I had established. The store itself is welcoming and showcases a number of options for design which are fun, funky as well as traditional. The pieces I purchased look great in my new kitchen and I will definitely use them again on my next redesign.
