Marc, Jared and Randall were all wonderful to work with. The stone was fabricated very well and turned out beautifully. Jared especially, worked to create a layout that had lovely flow. Our kitchen stone, Cristallo, is difficult to work with and many companies won't work on it. Northbay fabricated the kitchen with Cristallo, two bathroom vanities with marble and also retrofit a 150 year old marble mantel we imported from Europe.

Absolutely wonderful company to work with. Great communication skills and able to execute something they’ve never done before, such as a feeding station for our dogs on the end of our island. Can’t recommend them enough.

Northbay Stone Works exceeded our expectations in every way. They were great to work with - one of our favorite vendors on a condo remodel project in Sausalito. They fabricated and installed quartz kitchen counters, two bathroom vanities including one with a beautiful banjo shelf, and living room window sills (beautiful!). In addition, they fabricated and installed a porcelain slab for our fireplace hearth. We worked with Marc and John Rio for project management, and Randall and team for templating and installation. Jared did the computer design and review with us before cutting. Their work is beautiful and we are ecstatic with the results. Communications were excellent and all workers at the job site were professional, informing us of what to expect and consulting with us on design decisions. They were clean, careful and considerate. The price for the project was fair and competitive. John was very accommodating in helping to find a remnant for our fireplace hearth, which saved some $$. They use advanced technology in the fabrication process - their employees are very knowledgeable and experienced. We could not have asked for a better experience and end result. I highly recommend Northbay Stone Works.

We replaced 30 year old tile kitchen counter tops with quartzite counters and backsplash. Marc and team did a superb job. They're not only brilliant craftsmen, they are truly artists. The counters are absolutely spectacular. Communication with the team was smooth as we planned all steps of the project.

We are extremely pleased to have chosen Northbay Stone Works . We reviewed their reviews on line and liked what we read. From start to finish the communication was great ! Everything was done on time and delivered when promised. We completely gutted our bathrooms and kitchen and had all of the countertops done in a granite/quartzite. The attention to detail and the communication from Marc and Jared were excellent. The installation work done by Randal and his coworker was precise , clean, and done in a timely manner. We had a pattern on the countertops that was matched up perfectly . The results were beautiful- thank you !

Outstanding experience with Northbay Stone Works on our master bathroom remodel project - their part was primarily on the shower and vanity. Very professional and knowledgeable team. John Rio coordinated our project. John was extremely helpful every step of the way - purchasing the stone, coordinating the measurements and installation, as well as storage and delivery of the stone. He even brought a team to my house prior to purchasing the stone to assess how (and if) they could access the 2nd story via our narrow and twisting staircase. The stone cutting team was very thorough and precise. The installation team was fantastic. Both the stone cutting and installation teams made valuable suggestions that we incorporated into the project. John and his team clearly exceeded our expectations. The bathroom looks amazing.

Our experience with Northbay Stone Works was just excellent! It was not only the owners but every staff member from Jarad and David who operated the computer simulation of our kitchen countertops to Randal and Ernesto who did the actual installation. At every point where we were stressing on selection they all were patient pleasant even when we weren't! Two vanity tops were fabricated....one small and one for a double sink. Marc helped us select an incredibly beautiful quartzite slab. The entire process was well managed from selection to installation. One minor problem was promptly resolved. Very competent and friendly team. The pricing was very fair. We are very happy with the final product and happy that we selected North Bay Stone Works.

From the minute we met Marc, we knew he was extremely knowledgeable, passionate about his work and very willing to share his experience. We started our journey with Marc a few years ago. When we got more serious, Marc provided us with a wealth of information including recommendations for what we should be buying for an outside kitchen (thickness of stone, edge detail, etc.). He then provided us with a long list of granite warehouses so we could find something that would meet our needs starting with looking online and then inspecting slabs in person. He gave us his time and knowledge with no strings attached. We price compared several other fabricators and chose Marc and Northbay Stone Works because of his reputation, the time he spent with us and he was very reasonably priced; in some cases, more competitive. We are so happy we chose him and his company. Everyone we encountered at Northbay Stone Works have been professional, knowledgeable and skilled at their trade. From the high tech equipment used to ensure a tight fit against a radius split face (irregular) block wall to the installation crew who spent time making sure the final template would meet our expectations (fitting around two columns, a built in bbq, sink with faucet and soap dispenser) to the final product and installation. It's perfection - no other way to say it. It took 3 pieces to make the layout work and his fabricator met with us to show us their recommendation on a large screen monitor and it was perfect! The installation also had unique challenges and the crew worked their magic to make sure all three pieces were lined up snug to the radius wall, including a slight slope so water would run off. And, the seams, well, they are seamless! Our expectations were not just met - they were exceeded! The quality of craftsmanship was apparent at every turn and he delivered sooner than expected.
