I am in love with my cabinets that I received from KITH KITCHENS!! I love the hood that I purchased as well, and highly recommend their cabinets!

Very disappointing experience. We had a 16 week wait period on the cabinets we ordered in August 2021. The cabinets arrived and were installed. Unfortunately, there were incorrect and/or missing pieces. We just this month (May) got all the pieces we ordered; however, some of our kitchen cabinets are not stained incorrectly. We live in north Alabama and are told that they only have one person who works for Kith Kitchens in north Alabama who can come to our home to fix the stain. This one person has been ill or out of work for weeks. They have no idea when he will be able to come to our house. What kind of business relies on only one person to fix mistakes which should have been caught during the manufacturing process or during the quality control process, assuming they have one?

I have had the misfortune of engaging an unscrupulous general contractor, and nearly every company he brought into my home are cut from the same cloth. Kith is no exception. While I understood the delays associated with Covid, I felt the product was not worth the wait. Finishes vary too much for my comfort and the skins that were applied warped after installation. After a great deal of tuning, cabinets and drawers are still not level. Their dealer did not pay attention to my budget and did not apprise me of the overages until a full plan was delivered. I had to figure out my own plan changes to get back into the correct range which was painstakingly slow and frustrating for a person with no skill in this area. To make matters worse, one large area was mismeasured, and the room I had been so looking forward to looked like a storage room for cabinets instead of a stylish functional area. While Kith is not directly responsible for their dealers' installations, they should feel some responsibility for the end product. I had to part company with my GC for legal reasons, and after I did, I learned that that the local dealer would no longer work with me to repair the shoddy work or even allow me to purchase materials needed to complete the work. When I called Kith for assistance, I was directed to their rep for my area, Jeff Griffin. Apparently, I interrupted him in the middle of a business day at his daughter's athletic event, so he was abrupt and disengaged. I was given short shrift, but he told me he would call me back later that day or the next morning. I never heard from him again, even after trying to contact him two or three more times. I called Kith again, and they gave me a list of three names of other "dealers" in my area but did not offer to help beyond that. They were all builders. The one gentleman who was kind enough to return my call told me he only purchases cabinetry for houses he builds, and that was probably why I hadn't heard from the others I left messages for. As of this writing, Kith, has completely written me of saying that they are sorry but they can't help me. What kind of company leaves their customer in a position like this? I can not, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. They simply do not care and make no bones about telling you so.

Originally stated a 12 week lead time. Checked on lead time after one month and it was confirmed. Checked with supplier again on week 10 before starting demo, lead time is now 23 weeks! Kith kitchens will not discuss the delay with me as the end user/home owner. So 0 customer service on their side. They advertise quick ship times on their Facebook page and webpage. Apparently just not true. Buyer beware on this company.

Unfortunately after waiting 10 weeks for delivery of what I thought would be great quality cabinets, it turns out the almost all the drawers are misaligned side by side, and one of the skins was damaged and cracked from what seems to be at the factory, and one skin was missing completely. Unfortunately the contractor I'm working with is telling me this is the way the cabinets come, and I am disappointed in my experience so far after spending 10k on this cabinetry.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms and purchased new cabinets. These are not inexpensive cabinets, we spent close to $25k for these. What a huge disappointment, at least 6 doors had to be replaced, due to poor quality. The had gauges on them, along with a poor paint job. We also had 6 or 7 cabinets, that were not finished on the inside. It was raw rough wood. The obviously have no quality control over the product they ship out. We had to have our contractor sand down the insides and the put a clear coat on it to seal it. The vanity we bought is a joke, it’s about a half inch deep, so you can’t even use the drawer. The bottom cabinets we got to put pots and pans in, have the bottom pull out on it. But the top shelf is only a half shelf, which is ridiculous. Even though it has the holes for a full shelf. I would never recommend these to anyone. In the showroom that we picked these out, we were told what quality cabinets they were, but are not. It has also taken forever to get the replacement doors. There has never been any contact with us, an apology or offer of making this right.

We ordered our cabinets knowing there was a 12 week timeline due to COVID delays. Unfortunately when they arrived, about half had issues including damaged corners, a major structural panel chipped, a missing door, and two damaged cabinet boxes that need to be replaced. Most damage occurred at the manufacturer since they were packaged well. This forced further delays in countertop measuring and we are still waiting on "expedited" replacements a month later. I do like the unique look and paint technique that we couldn't get anywhere else. Overall the undamaged cabinets are a nice quality. I will be very unhappy if my countertop install is delayed due to replacement cabinets and panel not arriving in time. I've been without a functional kitchen since February.

I’m at the tail end of finishing a complete kitchen renovation. Kith cabinets have been an absolute nightmare since day one. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Cabinets were made the wrong size. Several of the doors were poorly constructed & mismatched cabinet doors with 2 different styles. Mismatched decorative columns, the panels on the cabinet doors were crooked. It’s like a 5 year old made them. Then after putting in a replacement order, I’m still receiving poorly constructed & damaged doors. So I need replacement of my replacement cabinet doors. Weeks go by and I’m in limbo waiting for my kitchen to be complete but I just keep going backwards. Their quality control is so bad, I hope my cabinet retailer I purchased them from stops selling them to their customers. These are not stock cabinets off the shelf at Lowe’s. It’s a disgrace, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I purchased $15,000 worth of kitchen cabinets from Kith in 2017. Now I am experiencing what I believe to be poor workmanship and the warranty is not being honored. Paint on the outside corner of an upper cabinet has cracked and Kith warranty is calling this "water damage". An cabinet shelf is bubbling and peeling and despite this being a dry goods cabinet, Kith is again calling this "water damage". I wish I had never done business with this company. I paid for builder grade cabinets at custom cabinet prices.

As a showroom who has been in business for over seven years we have never come across such nonchalant and careless attitude towards customer service. The product is oversold and it’s not backed up by proper customer service. Everything is extremely slow, takes forever, the company uses low quality shipping vendors which make the transaction and doing business all the more complicated. We are extremely happy to tear out our display samples and anything that has to do with this company.

Great product and Value for a Semi custom line of cabinetry. Beautiful Paint and Stain selection, and offer custom paint in any color Sherwin Williams offers. I have had very few issues with Kith Cabinetry, and when there has been an issue they have been able to make things right for the client. I have carried their line for over a year now, and it is definitely a great addition to my cabinet offerings., Semi Custom Cabinet for a fraction of the price.
