I worked with someone at DOMA Tampa and while i was spending money they were helpful but then… I ordered $16,000 in furniture. The furniture arrived in their warehouse, approximately when they said it would arrive. In the meantime (while 22 weeks since I purchased), I received a job offer and now must rent this house but no furniture! I explained the situation to DOMA Tampa and told them this was urgent and could they please expedite the shipment since it is sitting in their warehouse. If I do not rent quickly I will incur thousands in cost. DOMA then labeled me as the problem and not the customer. They wrote a letter talking about how they would do nothing.. CYA mode. Clearly stating they would not support putting IF and IF in caps. Really, do not use this company. Instead of working internally, they immediately lashed out at the customer. You can find other competent companies that will appreciate you. This one will not. See letter below. I wanted to email you details so that you can refer back to the information as needed. Per the notes of your sale dated 12.4.22 the quoted estimated time to ship was 18-22 weeks. The last shipment of your furniture left North Carolina May 9th, 2 days outside of that estimate. Chris has been following your order to insure that we stay within that time frame and providing estimates to the best of his knowledge. Per his email to you dated April 13th he quoted 6 more weeks which brings us to May 25th. The last shipment is now with the freight company and is waiting to be loaded on a truck. IF it is able to be loaded on the current truck, it is expected to arrive to our warehouse by the end of next week. From there, it will need to be scheduled for delivery to you in Brandenton. We will work with our warehouse manager to get it out to you as quickly as possible. IF it is unable to be loaded on the current truck, it could be another week or 2 before it arrives to our warehouse. I apologize that this may not fit into your staging schedule, however it is within the time frame that you were given at the time of your purchase. Chris will contact you as soon as it arrives. Thank you for your continued patience, Rosanna not to advocate for me or even try beyond checking on where the furniture was. It was shocking. Find someone who will appreciate your money and you. This is not the place. I still don’t have my furniture.

This store is gorgeous! If you like contemporary furniture this is the place to go. David, the owner, has a beautiful selection, lovely and knowledgeable staff that is always happy to assist, and you can special order almost anything. As a kitchen designer, I send him clients for modern hydraulic barstools with style. He has locations in Tampa and Palm Harbor now too which is so convenient. Check him out! You won't regret it.

If you are looking for quality products with a semi contemporary feel look no further than Doma Home Furnishings. David King and his staff are the best in St. Pete. They take the time to help decorate according to your vision, not theirs. Their new showroom is spectacular with many items on display. If it's not on the floor don't fret. Doma has numerous vendors to find you the perfect piece for your home. Do yourself a favor and make sure you visit Doma. You will incredibly happy you did.

As Doma's primary designer, and owner, David King truly listens to and hears what his client's preferences, needs, likes and dislikes are and helps them find exactly that which will satisfy their interests. He will coordinate the older furnishings with the newer resulting In a comfortable home environment. David has assisted me in furnishing two homes, I couldn't be happier with the results.

David is helping me furnish a second home in another state and has gone out of his way to help find the most efficient and cost effective way to get our furniture to the new house. Although there are closer furniture stores, I keep using DOMA due to their wonderful selection of contemporary furniture and outstanding customer service.

When I walked into Doma I knew I wanted to remodel and refurnish my condo. I had been looking for a while for a designer. Most of my friends had remodeled their units in a traditional style. I wanted a more modern minimalist style. I started to look around the store and a gentleman approached me. I said I was just looking. We started to talk and after a while I knew. I knew this man, David King, was the designer I had been looking for. David took care of everything. He knew what I wanted and the style I was looking for. We carefully selected the furnishings. After three months of construction I moved back into the home of my dreams. I recommend David King to anyone looking to freshen or redo their home. He has extraordinary taste and can work in any style.

Color pallet, furniture selection (including custom design), fine art and other accessory selection for 3400 sq ft condo in Saint Petersburg FL. David took the time to understand our design preferences and to provide options that were mindful of the way we will use our space. He also coordinated activities of service providers (painters, assembly technicians). Work was completed on time, and on budget.

My husband and I live on the water in a house with lots of windows (fabric fading was a problem). David, owner and President of Doma, personally came to the house; he made perfect recommendations for a room adjacent to our kitchen that had great views but limited functionality. He started by recommending a custom made banquet that wraps around part of the room and has plenty of storage underneath. The back/seating cushions are made of a very durable material called Brisa. It looks and feels like leather, however is virtually indestructible. You can spill anything on it; it doesn't fade and is easily cleaned with soap & water. He then suggested a beautiful wood Italian made coffee table that "pops up " from a lower height and opens to more than double its size to serve as a dining table. I can serve a minimum of six people comfortably. I'm happy to report we eat most of our meals in this lovely room! No room is complete without a big screen TV and a Stressless leather recliner, table and foot stool. Two decorative bar stools pull up to the granite countertop adjacent to the kitchen. This is the place where everyone wants to just "hang out"; it is great for informal dining and entertaining. Thank you Doma for solving our room challenge and making this such a useable decorative space!

The owner and designer, David King, listened to me tell my story of what I wanted and what I envisioned and then magically made it happen. He effortlessly captured my ideas and creatively designed my home to perfection. My home receives rave and glowing reviews from all my friends and family as they quote, "Your home so reflects who you are in art, furniture and design!" During my encounter with David, I was certain of my bed design and hoped David could find it, but later discovered it was not manufactured. He did not disappoint me, instead he actually created the exact image I had in my mind. It didn't happen over night, it took time, but the design was perfect and worth the wait! It matched my dream! Doma makes dreams come alive!
