Granada White VERANOSTONE is beautiful only for one day. Once installed, the first dirty boot or tree/bird deposit leaves marks that can not be cleaned. Stepstone recommends gentle cleaners and warm water to clean which won’t do anything. The only way to get read of the dirty spots is acid wash which will change the look and texture of the pavers. Stepstone has an option to stain these pavers at the factory (as they know these pavers can easily get dirty); however when purchasing the product, no sales person offer or even mention that. You will learn about that only when you try to address the dirty-spot issue. We did end up staining the pavers after installation; but still dead leaves or bird deposits can leave mark that can not be completely cleaned; I think this is fundamental to the texture of these concrete pavers. We have discussed with other people who purchased the same product and they have exact same problem. We bought over 2000sqft of this product and we could not regret more; we would be better off by simply pouring concrete.

First, let me say the granada white pavers I purchased are beautiful installed... BUT a day after install they are staining like crazy from tree debris before I have been able to seal them! Today I learned, from a single line of information buried deep in their website, that I could have had them sealed at the factory as they were direct purchase custom architectural pavers. Why did my salesperson not tell me this? In fact, when asked how I should seal the pavers, I was told by my salesperson that Stepstone couldn’t recommend a sealer and that was up to me. Yet, had I known, I would have gladly paid more for factory sealing to save myself the nightmare of trying to remove set in tree debris stains and possibly having to replace some of the brand new pavers. Further, so far I have not received any clear guidance from Stepstone as to how to go about removing the stains, besides using an acid based product that contradicts website cleaning guidance AND guidance from the company that sells this particular product - their salesperson told me NOT to use it. So, now I am still waiting to hear back from Stepstone and it seems perhaps left to figure this out myself. Maybe they’re not used to dealing with home owners, though they claim on their site to welcome our business... Really dissatisfied with sales, product knowledge and customer service follow through! UPDATE August 2021: Despite the canned response here from Stepstone’s social media person which I also received from sales and management via email, and my reaching out again to get some clarification on how to proceed with cleaning stains and then sealing, in the end… crickets… I did not receive any support at all from Stepstone. Therefore, my review stands.

Stepstone pedestal set pavers were an ideal solution for an apartment building project and their sales team was very knowledgable and helpful. We used a combination of sizes and colors in the pavers and they suggested stair treads to coordinate. Our Sales Person went out of their way to make sure there was good communication between our GC and installers. The project went smoothly and we couldn't be happier with the finished project overall.

Dekstone pavers are beautiful and functional! Low maintenance, easy to maintain with annual sealer. We used them on our deck and walkway leading up. Holding up great in Colorado snow!

When we were looking to update - and upgrade - our backyard, we relied on Stepstone, Inc. They had a big selection of beautiful pavers and to choose from in several sizes and colors. We chose the Sonorastone in Granada white and then sprung for the matching Borderstone, to frame our lawn. The ordering, delivery and installation went very smoothly and 2 years later, it still looks as good as ever... we are thrilled with the result. Stepstone truly elevated our yard several notches, and I would highly recommend this company and their product.

Stepstone Pavers are Awsome! The installation was easy and , I bought it directly from Stepstone , they delivered it on time and my Landscaper installed it. Very nice and contemporary looking pavers.

We have been working with Stepstone precast products for several years. Their quality control is the best we have found with very consistent finishes and coloring. The Stepstone precast products allow us to incorporate very clean white colors into our patio installs which is hard to attain with poured in place concrete.
