Ray White, founder and owner along with his wife Diane of 40 years, reside in Fallbrook and have 6 children, 3 of whom attended Fallbrook schools. In addition to their children they have 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren living in Hawaii, one living mainland. "Our crew is experienced in all aspects of concrete work, some of our employees have between 30 and 40 years experience," says Diane White, President and Office Manager. "These are the best mentors for new employees coming on board. We have current contracts with the cities of Escondido, Vista and Encinitas and employ 10-12 cement masons and carpenters." White goes on to say that she sees some future opportunities in the housing market as the pent up demand for new housing and existing housing is on the rise. "To keep our business solid during lean times, we reestablish old contacts to remind them that we are still in business and would like the opportunity to work with them again. We are open to opportunities that exist with the State and Federal Government funded projects," adds White.
