I found contractors that were charging less and contractors that were charging more for the project I was looking to have done. R&R fell somewhere in between. But, the finished product turned out to be second to none. While I consider a new deck to be a major investment, I feel that I could have paid more and still felt good about it. Their quality of craftsmanship and attention to detail is superior to anything I have seen. I couldn't be more pleased and would choose them, with confidence, for any future project. I have no hesitation in encouraging others to do the same.

I hired Deck and Patio living to upgrade my under deck area and make it an outdoor living space. In November, I was given a date a couple months down the road. They continued to contact me each week to confirm that my date was solid. they showed up on the confirmed date, were very clean and meticulous and although it was darn cold out, they wrapped the legs of my deck with plastic tarp and created a heated area to work in beneath my deck. I thought this smart to have their team comfortable as they took their time to do a great job. By the end of the week the job was complete and looked fabulous. You don't realize what a nice space you can create under your deck if you have a nice patio surface to work with. This completed my walk-out basement with a nice seating area, ceiling fan and swing to enjoy on warm evenings.

We just had our deck redone by R&R and they were the greatest. Our carpenter was very conscientious with his work. He made sure everything was completed correctly. It was a pleasure to work with everyone connected with this company. We would highly recommend this company.

These guys know what they are doing! They presented good ideas to help us with our design and worked with us to work in our ideas. The deck and screened porch have gotten countless compliments from neighbors and passersby. We love the work they did and the way it made the back of our house look. Highly recommended.

Quality and craftsmanship comes first with this company, Small adjustments were made immediately. They did new sun room addition, windows, siding, roof line changes and roofing.

R&R added a screen porch to the rear of our house to replace a patio we had used for many years. The porch floor was built at the same elevation as the kitchen floor, rather than the patio level, which was about 3 ft. lower. The porch was approximately 12x16ft. Two men did most of the work. These carpenters were very professional, worked diligently, and did very good work. I was impressed with their finish work. They took the time to do things right! The materials used were also good quality. The color and quality of the siding used matches the siding on the house. We added windows, two upgraded exterior doors, a patio door to the kitchen and a heating/cooling unit in January 2017. This made the porch into a four season room with huge windows all around 3 sides and a slider into the kitchen. R&R used a team of 2 very good, meticulous window and door men. The quality of all of the doors and the double pane, low E glass is very good. We should have just gone with the windows from the beginning rather than screens in the original project! We are very satisfied! Even in the cold weather and rain, we keep the slider open most of the time and the porch is a very comfortable extension from the kitchen. I am on the Board of our subdivision HOA and we had selected this firm to replace a deck attached to our subdivision swimming pool deck a few years ago. They did excellent work on that. I asked them to bid on my porch addition because of the quality of their work on the pool deck. I considered their bid superior to the other bids I received and hired R&R for my porch. The owner and the lead salesman have been very responsive and professional with no "hard-sell" tactics.

My deck was completed on time and within budget and with a great deal of coordination between R&R and landscapers who were building a patio beneath the deck at the same time. The work quality is fantastic and I have had no problems with anything. I have received numerous compliments from people in the neighborhood. Based on their previous work, I hired R&R later to replace rotted porch posts on the front of my house. Again, they did a great job.

Having many years of experience with R and R Remodeling gives me the unique opportunity to provide a thorough review of them. Everyone I have dealt with has been top notch. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. The quality of work is without comparison. I cannot recommend them high enough.

R&R has done my last four decks and many of my customers. He is getting ready to start one of my employees deck. I do not recommend many other contractors but when I hear deck R&R is my go to. These guys did a great job and were sensitive to my very specific needs. They did a double decker cedar deck with 3 season screened in room. It was on a steep incline and was not an easy job, but they completed it perfectly.

Very professional, on time, clean up perfectly. Designs are done with you in mind & work with the homeowner. Use only high quality materials. This company put a full screened room on the back of our home , new siding, new windows, new doors, new roof and they handled everything. I highly recommend them. Would never go anywhere else!
