Jaavan Patio

I spent $7000 for a full set of sofas, tables, chairs for my balcony, approximately after 5 months of little usage the 6 sofas started to crack. I called Mohamed the owner, he sent an employee to asses the damage upon inspection the employee told me that this was definitely a bad batch and all the sofas will be replaced with no issues. A day later Mohamed called me to confirm that he ordered a new batch from the manufacturer and I was looking at 2 weeks wait until they arrive in Miami. After 3 months of wait he called me again and told me they were in the warehouse and ready to deliver, but to my surprise he came out with a $1500.00 fee because the weather caused the damaged and its not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Why would you sell it in Florida if you know the sofas wont withstand the weather conditions? I had to throw the sofas away and buy a new set from a reputable company.

Mike was fantastic. The first thing that impressed me was when I called before the store was opened, he returned my call even though I did not leave a message. His customer service was impeccable. The furniture are beautiful. His follow up was superb. I live in the Caribbean, so he shipped the furniture I purchased to my Freight forwarders in a timely fashion and followed up to ensure that I received everything . I will most definitely shop at this store again in the near future.

My husband and I bought our first home together and while we were searching for patio furniture, we came across Jaavan Patio. We ended up purchasing a sofa set, four sun lounges, a bar table and bar stools. All of the pieces we purchased are great quality and very comfortable! First Class Service, amazing designs. We are about half-way through our complete home renovation and they have been nothing but great with us about the progress of the job. We have had our home on the market for a few months now with no luck. Our realtor suggested that we spend a few dollars and stage our patio and pool area for an upcoming open house. After doing some search on the web I found www.jaavanpatio.com. I called them up and told them exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service was amazing. They offered many suggestions, and helped me until I found everything I was looking for. A couple of days later everything was set up and ready. We ended up staging our pool area with a beautiful wall fountain, a canopied day bed, and a round sectional with a table. All of the furniture was extremely comfortable and our open house guests were thrilled with the look. A couple of them asked if the patio furniture was included in the asking price (which was encouraging since prior to this open house we've never received an asking price). Two days after the open house our realtor called us with an offer (contingent on all patio furniture staying with the house). I couldn't be more please with the way things worked out.
