Richard and his team handled my very small jobs of adding accessible steps and railing to my home for my aging parents, and completely refurbishing a tired gravel patio area with professionalism and kindness. He worked within my limited budget to deliver beautiful new features to my home. The team were efficient, friendly, and took great care in their work. Hedahl will definitely be my first call when I’m ready for the next project on the list. Highly recommend.

Wow! What an amazing job and what a great crew. We had both our front and backyard done for our new constructed home. We had artificial turf done on one yard and turf done on the other. We had a general idea on what we wanted and Richard was very patient and helpful with suggestions to make our vision come true. His crew was polite, knowledgeable, and great to work with. This is the second large project I received from Richard. First one won an award. This current project (new residence) was a challenge - glacial till, underground water drainage pipes, and rampant horsetail. Richard Hedahl and his crew are amazing. Last year my backyard was a mud pit, which my 2 dogs loved to bring in my house. Richard showed up ON TIME for an estimate on a new lawn. He gave me that estimate but stated that it would still turn to mud b/c of the shady backyard and drainage issues. He recommended artificial turf especially for dogs. Which I agreed would be best and offered me a great price. Richard and his crew showed up within 2 weeks ON TIME and worked diligently to transform my backyard into an oasis. Then he came out this month just to refresh everything and again did an amazing job. I constantly have problems with getting contractors out to my home for different projects, but Richard is always available by phone and if he cannot answer, he actually returns my call or email the same day. He is the most responsible and reliable contractor I have met in WA. His knowledge exceeds what most landscapers know. His work quality is top notch and Richard and his crew are very courteous and polite. Best of all, none of them minded my endless questions. Not only do I recommend them but when I build my forever home next year, I am calling Hedahl Landscape for an entire yard design.

Hedahl designed a small backyard area (20X60 ft.) for us, including a small artificial putting green and decorative landscaping. We wanted a low maintenance yard with no grass and he did a great job of choosing plants and creating an interesting gravel walkway to highlight the landscaped areas. He also brought in large boulders to frame the putting green and landscaping and it looks great.

We hired Hedahl Landscaping to install ARTIFICIAL GRASS and PAVERS at a new home we had built and are renting to our daughter. We are very happy with the work and Richard was open to making sure we ended up the exactly what we wanted.

Our Lawn had serious water retention issues. Hedahl Landscaping added gravel to the lawn areas that were the worst. The water now flows away form these areas and we don't have the spongy muddy areas any more. They also installed a block wall to level out the lawn. Both jobs were done exceptionally well and we are totally satisfied with their work.
