I purchased some Wood Post Skirts by DecKorators from Deck Expressions. I looked around, and at the time, thought I was getting a good price when I chose to purchase from them. A short while later, I happened upon the same Skirts online again, for a much better price ($1.79 less), still with free shipping. Obviously disappointed with this, I called Deck Expressions to ask if they would like to price match, vs having me return for a refund. They were unwilling to accommodate, and of course their "Hassle Free" refunds are not so hassle free, and would not make it worth my while to return and buy somewhere else. They would rather lose me as a future customer than offer a goodwill price match now. Very disappointing. We are working on a $10K decking project, with plenty more to buy, but we won't be buying any of it from Deck Expressions. A simple $25 refund could have gone a long way for some customer service here.

I placed an order for my home for residential decking supplies. I found this company to be very professional and made the entire process from start to finish very easy. Working with the individuals over the phone was great as well. The personnel was very personable and enthusiastic about helping me with my order. I would highly recommend this company for purchase of decking materials!

Best customer service I've had in a long time. Excellent selection, prices and information. I had a question about a specific product and someone called me to provide me with detailed information that cleared everything up for me and my customer. I'd recommend Deck Expressions to anyone.
