We have been in business since 1964, are fully licensed and insured in Westchester and Rockland NY counties, New Jersey, and East Hampton NY. My foreman has been with me for 28 years, and my other personnel are also long-term employees. We specialize in personal service, working with your architect or designer. Our business is built on referrals. We are working with second generation referrals of kitchen and bath installations. As an owner, I am on the job daily and am available to answer any questions and solve any potential problems. We are general contractors and have our own support staff of electricians, plumbers, and other sub-contractors with whom we have worked for many years.

Dave and his team were wonderful to work with. We met with several contractors for our new deck and Dave was recommended by our architect. He was extremely responsive and we found his rates were comparable to others we received. We were stalled for a while due to Covid, but once our permit was approved, Dave kicked off work for us the next week. He was very communicative, sharing updates, hiccups (fortunately not too many - usually product delays), and recommendations. I can't say enough good things about his crew. They always arrived on time and worked diligently. They also indulged the many questions my husband and I had! We've already recommended Dave to another friend and would happily use him again for future relevant work.

Terrible management. I awarded them a bid in Oct 2018 for an outside project. 2019 comes around didn’t hear anything from them. After contacting them they finally get back to me and they are ready to work in May. Next thing I know they contact me and say they made a mistake with the original quote. We calculated the sqft wrong from the blueprint. It will be an additional 6k to go forward. It was a total waste of time of pulling permits and waiting around for nothing.

We hired Cross county to renovate a bathroom and kitchen. Their team was easy to work with and great with ideas. They were ahead of schedule and pricing was online with others. We will be hiring again for our summer home. It’s a pleasure to review David

Dave and his team have done multiple jobs for me at my home in Larchmont NY. This July they were very creative in finding ways to repair carpenter ant damage which filled me with dismay and concern. they also did several repairs on my house after Hurricane Sandy. I hired them because they had done a great job on a home addition for my son. They are really talented, honest, hard-working and pleasant to have around. Cathy
