We had a certain budget in mind, at the same time, a very specific requirement of a Gazebo to handle brutal cold weather of Minnesota. Patrick helped us in building the 12’x14’ oval Gazebo by exploring different roof types, color options, materials etc. He patiently answered all the questions I had by providing multiple quotes. He kept us updated during the production process. We had a little issue about the delivery date and that was handled swiftly & very professionally. I ordered an EZ-Shade from the company and the process was super simple and the sales rep was incredibly helpful in determining the need and fit. However, when I received the product, that is where things didn’t go so well. For starters, I paid $3,000 for a shade that is 9x12 feet. The quality is far from deserving such a price. The material, while nice, is not hemmed at the sides/edges and appears frayed before even using it. I suspect this will be an issue down the line and honestly for that price I would have expected the edges to be professionally hemmed – it just looks messy as though I cut them with a scissor. The installation instructions were very clear and everything went up well. However, the unit will not slide smoothly once the shade is installed. You literally have to tug and pull in order to get it to move. I called the company and made all kinds of suggested adjustments but it never gets better. I even greased the track to no avail. Again, this is super frustrating given the cost of this shade and the guarantee that it should operate smoothly upon installation. The pergola I attached it to was just constructed by a professional decking company and all the beams are straight as an arrow so that is not the issue. Honestly, the concept and design is great, but it seems very unreliable and incredibly overpriced for some flimsy aluminum, frayed edges, and brackets. Very disappointed.

Country Lane Gazebo's has provided us one of the best Gazebo's we could ever imagine. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. The design process was simple and Liz with Country Lane Gazebo's followed up with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. We were so pleased with the delivery and install crew as they did an excellent job. My wife and I would highly recommend Country Lane Gazebo's for your outdoor living project.

We were searching for a pavilion to install on our patio to go along with the new Fireplace that we built, I ran across Country lane on the internet and they were awesome to deal with. We made the trip from Va to Pa one weekend when they were having an open house to check out their structures, They were very polite and very customer focused. We purchased the Traditional Pavilion 16x14 and had it installed, Everything went smooth and they had it up before noon. I would highly recommend them, they are top notch and seem to really care about their customers experience. Thanks for the awesome Job we are really enjoying our evenings by the fire!!

We love the pergola we purchased from Country Lane. It was delivered and installed and turned out exactly how we hoped. The construction is solid and in my opinion, worth every penny. Other similar products we looked at were no where near the quality or were much more expensive. I'd highly recommend them and their services to anyone looking for a pergola.

We are very happy with our pavillion. Looks awesome in our back yard. Our salesman Pete answered all our questions in a friendly manor. The construction crew was very considerate of limited space to work because of our pool. We are extremely satisfied!!!

Great experience in all from Pete in sales to install. Guys were great and even helped is move some potted plants around. the structure looks awesome and we are looking forward to installing material panels for color.

We decided to purchase and have installed a vinyl clad pergola by Country Lane Structures. From start to finish, the experience was first class, and is definitely one of the best decisions we made regarding additions to our home. I acquired quotes for several DIY pavilion kits available online. Country Lane seemed to provide the best quality for the best price. I received my kit in about 5 weeks and all the pieces were in good condition. Assembly went smoothly and I am very satisfied with the quality and strength of the structure. It was a great DIY project, and I saved a ton of money without sacrificing quality or appearance. I had to do a bit of cosmetic touch-up (painting, caulking, putty, etc.) which added quite a bit to the total install time, but overall it took about 30 hours doing most of the work myself.

I ordered the hearthside pergola from Country Lane online. The representative, Dave Stoltzfus, was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. The pergola was delivered right on time and looked as beautiful as the picture online.
