Arcadia Louvered Roofs of FL

My Arcadia Louvered Roof is amazing. Unfortunately, Arcadia, the company, is not. The company has grown incredibly fast and being the only game in town, they now seem to be overpromising and underdelivering. Make sure if you plan to order one of these systems that you are prepared to wait for months for its delivery. The excuse I was given (through UnderCover Outdoors, IL) was that production was moved to Canada and this was adding months to the time line. When the system was installed, the remote (using iPhone app) never worked. I had to wait weeks/month for a new remote. Now, my system is in but I have a problem with leaks (due to the install not the product) and a new post needs to be ordered. Once again, Arcadia cannot give a delivery date and is giving excuses about how "backed up" their powder coater is. This system was $25,000. I paid my deposit for this roof July 7, 2017. It's June 2018 and I still don't have a properly working system. The product is great, the problem is a growing company that cannot meet demand but promises to do so. Usually, eventually, that ends badly.

We recently completed 2 jobs. Both of our clients are extremely happy not only with the product, but with the new found "space" they have in their backyards. The install team was excellent to deal with and the follow up was great. It was an overall amazing experience and it is an amazing product. I expect to sell many more in the future.

Arcadia just completed a job at our home to replace a fixed awning with a louvered roof. They matched the color of the roof trusses & frame to our glass window and door frames, and matched the aluminum louvers to our stucco exterior. The built-in lights are more than suffifent to light up the entire dining and lounge area, and the automatic rain-closing feature works flawlessly. It is a rather spetacular product. We hired the electrical company they recommended, and they too were very reliable. The job came out very nice.

Every summer the sun would beat down on the backside of my house and no matter how long the air conditioner was on, it would never cool down the house and out electric bill was through the roof. I hired the install of the Arcadia Louvered Roof system and holy cow what a change. This product was definitely worth the investment. Not only is it beautiful, it is functional. My electric bill has cut in half. I am very happy with this product and have been recommending it to everyone.
