We recently had outdoor motorized screens installed by this company and were extremely happy with the entire experience from start to finish. Christian was the sales rep and he was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable while also not pushy like other sales reps. We got 3 quotes from companies and found this one to be the best even though not the least expensive. They were great at communicating throughout the order and install process. They did exactly as disclosed and were timely and thorough. The two installers that came from Phantom Screens were Ruan and Cole. Both young men were polite, professional, and organized. They arrived on time and worked non-stop from 9am to 6:30pm. They were methodical and attentive to detail and did a nice job of cleaning up the work area when they were finished. When the job was completed, Ruan patiently explained the operating instructions and the warranty plan allowing time for questions and clarifications without rushing us despite the long day. We would highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises.

Fast service. Neat work and cleanup. Perfect fit. I’m totally satisfied with my retractable screen door. It’s a nine foot high sliding screen, and it opens and closes smoothly.
