We commissioned The Botanical Gardener to turn our tiny back yard in London to a place where we could sit, eat, relax and enjoy. The challenge was the amount of space in which to work, and a design solution that would give us greenery and plants where once there was none, with a hard patio area. The company excelled at both, on time, on budget with minimal fuss and with excellent design and planting. We reccommended them to friends who were also delighted.

The Botanical Gardener have recently finished a wonderful implementation of a complete new small garden, based on my own rough design but adding their own outstanding contributions, which has given me a stunning new outdoor room. After rejecting several other designers and implementers I chose the Botanical Gardener because they listened to my requirements, offered a really imaginative plan and came up with a realistic updated design and planting plan within the agreed timescale and budget. Their quote was within my expectations and as the implementation proceeded I was continually reassured by the careful and skilful way that their team handled every aspect of the project. They took problems such as discovering the main power cable to the house right in the middle of the garden within their stride and the quality of the hard landscaping is truly excellent. After the main design was implemented and the plants were delivered and dug in was astonished at how my crude early design had been brought completely to life. Subtle garden lights, a formal pond and an efficient irrigation scheme completed the implementation and I am now totally delighted with the result. The planting scheme has cleverly delivered colour and texture throughout the whole summer and autumn. I have asked The Botanical Gardener to help me maintain the garden and the team continue to provide expert help which is flexible and efficient. Botanical Gardener took on a complete rebuild on a small garden with minimal access. The design was just what we needed, they were responsive to my suggestions and requests, and the work was done efficiently and with minimum mess and fuss - which meant a pleasant experience for us, and good relations with our very close neighbours! The team were all great, and the finished result has been much admired by everyone. It looked mature and well established within a few weeks.

Throughly recommend. The entire team were such professionals, polite and easy to be around. We were kept in the loop throughout and our questions answered immediately. The end garden was exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. All site properly cleared and extra visits all done quickly and efficiently for the few loose ends. It is so nice to have had had such a positive experience as it was 6 weeks worth of work but never once felt like they were in the way.

Nice job done of replacing a fence and preparing a flower bed. The guys were charming and meticulous and cleared up fully. Work was done in the time quoted with no overruns on time or cost.

The team from Botanical Gardener helped design, build and plant out our courtyard garden. From start to finish they were professional, reliable and trustworthy. The garden is now through its first spring and is looking beautiful - the selection of plants has delivered the colour, look and ambience they so rightly proposed.
