Terra Design and Landscape Consulting serves Northern California including Butte, Glen and Colusa Counties with Landscape Design and Irrigation Survey/Audits. Our clients can be found in Chico, Willows, Red Bluff, Sacramento and the Bay Area. We Serve all of Northern California. We offer unique services for Property Managers. Our goal is to help you simplify the landscaping process. Whether a landscape architect, city planner, developer, landscape contractor or homeowner, we feel confident our service will assist you in implementing your landscape project, producing the desired results using good stewardship and good business practices. I have been focusing on the laws and regulations pertaining to landscape water irrigation issues. I am a certified landscape irrigation auditor (CLIA) through the Irrigation Association (IA). Becoming a CLIA through the IA qualified me to become an EPA Watersense Partner withe the Environmental Protection Agency of our federal government. Good stewardship of our irrigation water has become a passion for me. New irrigation products including sprinklers and controllers for the landscape are being released to the market place at a rapid rate to meet the water conservation water requirements being mandated by the State of California, (AB 1881). These products save water and money making a return on your investment possible and that is good business. I added an Irrigation Audit service to my list of services this past year to help design and landscape. I would love to share what I have learned about landscape irrigation with you. I am also a member of the North Valley Property Owners Association as a Product & Service member.
