We contracted Chris Slaughter and his team at Scenic Blue Design to design and landscape our backyard. What had been an overgrown jungle was transformed by Chris and his team into a versatile outdoor space with an outdoor room, terraced lawn and pool. The whole family now enjoys this space which has significantly extended our entertainment and living space. Three years later we are still getting many compliments on the design . The garden is beautiful but also relatively easy to maintain. Chris was very professional and managed the project from start to finish dealing with the challenges that arose . He was very open to our ideas translating them into what now is a truly unique and beautiful garden. We would highly recommend Chris and the team at Scenic Blue Design.

Scenic Blue offered their services free to assist with a memorial for our murdered son.

Chris Slaughter and the team from Scenic Blue Design put their hand up to assist with a full garden makeover to create a place of peace and reflection where could honour and remember our murdered son, Matty. Hence the project name of "Matty's Garden". Chris was able to see things in our steep yard that others could not and design appropriately. He liaised with numerous contractors, labourers and suppliers so that all ran like clockwork. It's impossible to recommend a more professional, competent and caring person than Chris.

I first met Chris more than 10 years ago, when he created a landscaping design for our then brand new property.
