Michelle did an outstanding job with our yard from start to finish. We could not be happier with her work. She excelled at turning our largely uninformed, nebulous ideas into desirable, tangible, clean plans. She is responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, patient, artistic, and cost-conscious. She works well with everyone and is a straightforward / no-drama person. Our formerly outdated and overgrown yard now looks/feels like a resort that we are enjoying day and night. Everyone who has come over has asked who designed it (warning, Michelle, lots of business coming your way). As a side note, we ended up hiring the company she works with (Del Conte's M&H) as our landscape contractors after receiving several bids -- they were 10/10 as well. We recommend Michelle without hesitation!

Michelle did an amazing job of turning a couple's general tastes and requests into an exquisite design plan, iterating along the way. She's pragmatic as well, able to optimize our existing space as well as newly designed area and make it look completely integrated. Extremely knowledgeable on materials, plants, and overall design which enabled us to simply tell her our functional desires and she came up with an amazing plan!

We were introduced to Michelle from a well-known landscaper in the area who told us that Michelle's designs were exceptional. I talked with Michelle about our desire to have an zen style garden in the space where we had removed our swimming pool. I was very impressed with her from that meeting until the completion of the project. Her ideas were exactly in line with what we had conveyed to her that we wanted and beyond. She is reliable, extremely talented, creative and does what she says she will do. We are extremely pleased with the job she did for us and hope we can work with her again in the future. Forget all the words--the ultimate measure of value is whether or not you use the service again. Michelle did so well with our backyard that we had her work on our outdoor kitchen. And our front yard. And when we moved 500 miles, we called her again and flew her to Southern California mulitple times to make sure our dream home had the perfect yard. Michelle is the complete package. She was assertive in getting our attention. Her design aesthetic turned our dirt lot into a magazine-level backyard. Literally. The builder and pool designer both used her design to showcase their businesses. Her attention to detail is phenomenal--new materials, interesting finishing details, functional integration of hardscape and life, beautiful plants. Michelle created a wonderful landscaping plan for both our front and backyard. My wife and I really didn't have an idea of what direction we wanted to go with the project, but Michelle patiently worked with us to determine a style... and then she brought that style to life.
