This typically includes, paving, paths, retaining walls, plant selection, soil specification, pools, lighting, water features, outdoor rooms, decks, stairs, fences and driveways Project size ranges from courtyards to acreage to subdivisions. JKLA is also experienced in dealing with council and other authorities. We regularly handle the submission of application to Council for projects of all sizes and complexities. For effective and efficient construction tendering, JKLA can issue a tender package with construction drawings, specifications and Bill Of Quantities. And when all else fails, JKLA has experience in representing clients in Land and Environment Court cases.
