We charge an initial design consultation fee of $200. We can brainstorm for 1-2 hours or whatever it takes to arrive at a plan that will meet your needs and be suitable for the site. Half of the fee is refundable toward any construction that you hire us for.

I had a most favorable experience using Garden Rooms. I found Mary easy and pleasant to work with but her artistry was what gave her work a unique and truly beautiful quality. She came up w ideas I'd never considered. She designed and planted a pair of gardens at the entrance of my property that met all the criteria I'd requested and turned into a work of art. They continue to give us pleasure each time we drive in. She also designed and planted another large perennial garden that's perfect for the spot and requires little maintenance. We were very pleased with her results.

Mary Rosen, a true professional, is a gifted landscape architect. Mary donated her talent for the design show house at Normandy Manor, which is owned by the Vanderbilt Museum. She restored and created charming gardens that surround the front of this historic home.

Garden Rooms did a large landscaping project at my home 2 years ago. They removed and replaced many large shrubs and plants. Mary has a good eye to know what types and sized to plant and where they should go for best light and room to grow. Garden Rooms also installed a good sized patio in the back yard. The stone work has held up over the 2 years with no loss of color or integrity. I would recommend Garden Rooms to anyone that cares about a job well done.

Mary came in last fall and re-worked my newly barren back yard. I had to take down trees in order to put up a new fence, and the backyard was in bad shape. She came in with a clear vision, spent a lot of time with me, and the gardens are really nice now. She has a great knowledge of local flowers and can bring your vision into reality

I had the pleasure of working very closely with Mary from Garden Rooms Landscape Design & Construction. She was very knowledgeable and had so many great ideas and landscape advice to maximize the most out of a small backyard. She was amazing. She also has a very engaging personality. Everything it takes to make a great company! Would hire her again and again.
