Eddington Landscaping

Thanks to all of you at Eddington Landscaping for all of your hard work??? We definitely would recommend them and hope to use Eddington in the future. They replaced our front yard landscaping and installed a french drain in the back of our house. We are very pleased with all of their work, their team was professional, caring and skilled in all areas. Camden, the owner checked on our project several times and he and Billy the project manager had high standards of expectations. Thanks to your entire team Camden...it was a pleasure doing business with you!!

We were excited when we found Eddington. We had several yard projects that we had put off and we were eager to refurbish our backyard. Eddington’s team seemed to be really excited about our projects, and as a result of our conversations we Eddington, we expected to have a beautiful backyard in time to enjoy this summer and fall. We could not be more disappointed. We agreed to a regrading of the backyard (which would help with rain runoff), a new patio that would give us more space, a renovation of our back lawn, and new beds with some planting. Eddington had to remove our side fence and gate in order to get into the backyard. They also needed to drive a tractor through our side yard. We were assured that the side yard and fence would be restored to their original condition. First, we found it difficult at times to communicate with Eddington’s team. We would send emails to our project manager and often have to follow-up to get a response. Following the completion of our project, we had concerns about the way the grass was growing. We repeatedly voiced these concerns to Eddington with little response. It turns out that a major component of the proper care for the lawn was never communicated to us. When this miscommunication became clear, Eddington’s team placed the blame on us, and said they would re-do the work if we agreed to pay another $1,000 to re-do it. The portions that needed to be re-done include the side yard that had been destroyed due to the team’s tractor. Second, the fence and gate were put back in place, but not in their original condition. There are places where the fence is not sturdy, and there is a gape in between the fence and the gate that was not there prior to the work. Third, the regrading is incomplete. There is a portion of our yard that pool when it rains, which did not occur prior to this project. We approached Eddington’s team about fixing some of these issues and were met with resistance. Due to this, we have been working on fixing the issues without their assistance. The biggest disappointment is that based on our initial conversations, we had thought that we had found a landscape company we could build a relationship with and continue to use both in this house and in future houses.

Worst experience ever! My yard looked worse for the season of lawn mowing services. They damaged my brand new fence and never completed service. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and lack of sympathy to correct any issues.

This company put out a professional brochure, which caused us to check on them in the beginning. They are on Angie's List too. What a pleasant experience! I called and spoke to Mark who gave me all the information I wanted. The next day Camden arrived, gave me an estimate on cleaning up our overgrown yard and landscape and scheduled work within the week. Camden arrived with three young men who worked all day (here from 9 - 6) cutting out overgrown bushes, plants and trees. They worked......and hard. After another meeting with Camden, they returned the following week and continued to transform our property. Planted new bushes, arranged a rock planter area and mulched. They cleaned up the yard and removed all debris daily. We are more than pleased with this company and have hired them to cut our grass on a weekly basis, and to return in the fall to plant more bushes and prepare for winter. They will be our yearly yard and landscaping provider. They are professional, very knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. They do what they say they will do and their prices are good. You can't go wrong hiring this family owned company.

Prompt and courteous response from the 1st call through the finishing work. I definitely would recommend them and will have them do more landscaping.
