Well this is my first time using this Company and what I can tell you is this the person I talked to (Chris) was very professional in the way he handled himself , I know all we got was an order of 15 years of topsoil but it was some of the best topsoil I've seen in a very long time it virtually had NO rocks of any size in it very clean stuff. When I called Chris we set up a delivery time and not only did he show up on time he made sure I could come down and check out the quality of the delivery which he didn't have to do , I'm very impressed with not only how professional he is but how he makes sure the customer is aware of the whole transaction , As for the price of the topsoil you can't find a better price around at least I couldn't and that includes the delivery fee . I wouldn't hesitate recommending Chris and his Company to any of my friends or using him in the near future for our winter needs . We hired Daley's Lawn and Landscape to create a pad for a outdoor kitchen. When they arrived they were very courteous and professional. Chris the owner came to look at the site and told us what have to be done and gave us a estimate on the job. 2 days later they arrived with the equipment to level the land off and started the project. The project was finished in three days, we were completely satisfy and we would give them a 10++. We also have them coming back to do a fire pit in the backyard once the stone work comes in. We would definitely recommend them for any yard work or landscapes.

We ordered 10 yards of "Gro-Plus" topsoil - they delivered unscreened, dry soil - we started using it anyways and found GLASS and TRASH in the soil!! Found a metal can, rags, and TONS of large shards of broken GLASS!! Folks, this was being spread in our backyard to reseed the entire area and we have 2 young kids! We called Daley's and told him about it - he agreed to pick up the glass soil and replace with better soil. After 1 week and many calls and messages to him - he finally came. He used a skidsteer to pick up the old soil and totally RIPPED up our back yard!! He dumped the "new" dirt - and just left without saying a word to us (mind you, we were outside in the front playing with the kids). So we began to spread the "new" soil--and guess what?..MORE GLASS!!! Now it's been 3 days and he won't answer our calls or FB messages. I noticed the reviews are turned off on his business page (wonder why) and his voice mail box is full (probably of complaints!!) - So now we're stuck with 10 yards of glass dirt - a ripped up back yard..and lost $400

I ordered 3 yards of composted mulch and 3 yards of topsoil. The compost was fine, but the 3 yards of topsoil was supposed to be "screened" and clearly wasn't. There was so much glass, garbage, sticks, and rock in it. We even found an old dental floss pick in it. When I contacted the company they said they have never had this happen before and it must have come from the bottom of the screening machine. There is NO way this is true because it was in every inch of the 3 yards of dirt. They offered to drop off another yard to me which I declined because I did not need more soil. We picked out as much of the glass and garbage as we could and had to make it work even though now I know the quality of the soil in my garden is total garbage. I asked to be compensated somehow and the only reimbursement for garbage product I was offered was the extra yard of dirt which I told them again I didn't need. This is my first and last time using this company. I am adding picture of the glass and trash that we had to sift out of the soil we used.

The only reason why I gave Daley's one star is because that's the lowest rating this page offers. They deserve a rating of zero. Stay away from this company. Please take the time to read below if before you are thinking of hiring Daley's. The owner, Chris Daley, is as offensive as he is unprofessional. He insulted not only myself but my wife as well. He is dishonest and employs improper business practices. Daley's office is either incompetent or fraudulent. It took two weeks for Daley's to send someone out to the house to write up a quote for mowing the lawn.. After offering an agreed upon quote, they increased the price when sending the contract for my signature. Only after multiple phone calls did they honor the quoted price. I should have trusted my gut feeling and not hired them right then and there. I requested a two week cutting schedule. After the first two cuts according to this schedule, they cut the lawn in consecutive weeks. I called to bring this to their attention, and they assured me it was their mistake. Two weeks later I received an invoice showing a charge for that cut. I specifically requested to have the lawn cut before the July 4th holiday as I had a large party planned. I watched as they cut my neighbors lawn, then packed up and drove off. After 5 phone calls to the office, they finally answered to tell me the crew was done for the day. My lawn was the only long, unkept lawn on the street. Their office promised to come back as soon as possible and service the lawn free of charge. They didn't cut the lawn until July 11th, and two weeks later I received an invoice with a charge for the cut. Both my wife and I insisted that the owner, Chris Daley, call us personally if they wanted to keep our business. He never attempted to call. His office promised to "take care of it" and made the excuse that Chris Daley was "on vacation". We decided to give them one more chance to make a phone call and address our issues. He never called and the invoices were not corrected. Fool me once, shame on you...fool me twice, shame on me. After receiving another invoice with consecutive cuts, Daley's services were terminated. Chris Daley finally responded by email and basically called myself and my wife liars. He made no attempt to resolve any of our issues and made multiple misrepresentations of the facts that transpired. I attempted to resolve the outstanding invoices that had charges for unrequested cuts. I asked him to have them corrected and then I would remit payment. His response to me was to remit payment in full the following day or he was going to "take me to collections and to have a nice night." - Unbelievable, how unprofessional and simply rude. My experience with Daley's was horrible.
