I would not recommend unfortunately. Tried to work with Matthew before (who to be honest is a very nice guy and speaks well), when I paid the first invoice, he all of a sudden went all quiet. Took a while get to my money back too and it's quite disappointing on how it went downhill like that. Can provide evidence to back it up. You best engage someone else who has a better track record to be honest.

At the start Matt was very helpful, but as soon as i paid the invoice to have the plans we had discussed drawn up, he would no longer return any of my calls on his mobile or messages left with his receptionist or return any emails sent. This went on over months of trying to get in contact with him to ask simple questions. Extremely disappointed with his lack of customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone

Outstanding. Every stage, from design - thank you Dan - to execution was fantastic. This company spends time talking to you about what you want, how you intend to use the space and how committed you are to gardening. We are absolutely thrilled with our new landscaping. This company is utterly reliable - tradies were always on time, hardworking, and delightful to work with. The finished product exceeds our expectations. Their advice was sensible and the quality fantastic. Very pleased to recommend.

Finding A Better Life Outside proved to be invaluable and highly pleasurable experience for us. Although we had an idea of what we needed to be done in our backyard renovation, Matt, Dan and Lewis helped us immensely with their suggestions and fine details. Kurt the foreman and the workers involved with the project were always hardworking, efficient, courteous and punctual. Kurt in particular went out of his way to ensure we were pleased with the progress and the results and made every effort to try and meet out budget. We are totally in love with the finished product. Even the neighbours are impressed. Choosing A Better Life Outside was certainly the best choice we could have made!

Starting with your intial visit, follow up queries, contract/start up meeting, actual construction work, to closure of punchlist, we felt there was a high level of professionalism as well as personal attention from you and your crew that worked on our home - this all made for a very pleasant and enjoyable experience resulting in a backyard we're very happy with and looking forward to enjoy.

They did a great job with the design and implementation, were easy to communicate with and always did their best to finish any job the way I wanted it done. I changed my mind about a few things along the way and the site manager was very accommodating and understanding. He definitely went the extra yard for me. They're good guys, and I would use them again.

I just wanted to send a note expressing my true delight at dealing with both Mat and Dan. The service we received was above and beyond and extremely knowledgable. Both the guys were professional, friendly and very clever. Our experience has been one we will share with whomever will listen. We certainly wish we had engaged life outside prior to commencing any work around our home, we will now know for the future. Great customer service is few and far between in this present day, it was extremely refreshing to have such an enjoyable experience with mat and dan. Please pass on our gratitude to the guys.

Unfortunately, having owner built our house a few years ago I had very little faith in tradies being reliable, neat and professional. This all changed recently when we hired "A Better Life Outside" to work on our outdoor living area. The project manger from A better life Outside was very transparent, friendly and professional throughout the entire design and quotation process. When the construction started the trades people were polite, neat, fast and likable. I would come home everyday to a literally spotless work site, the entire experience was excellent from start to finish and we now have our dream outdoor living area all within budget, timeframe, headache free. We found the level of service and professionalism of everyone at "A Better Life Outside" to be exemplary - they completed our retaining wall and garden bed in the time frame we expected and were more than happy to tackle a couple of extra tasks for us when asked. The staff also cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. The design and brain storming process was also a breeze both Matt and Dan were more than willing to listen to and work with our ideas -but were also happy to suggest alernatives and work within our budget. Highly recommended and will use them again for the next stage of our project.

From the moment we met Matt, Dan and Dave we knew we were in good hands. We chose A Better Life Outside to assist us with designing and completing the landscaping of our back yard. Having decided to install a new swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area, we worked with Matt and Dan to come up with the design. They brought plenty of ideas to the table and, more importantly, really listened to what we wanted. Once the design was finalised, Dave took over the construction management and worked with Ernie, Josh and others to bring it all to life. Looking back, it was a great experience for us. Whether it be slight adjustments we needed to make or general silly questions, nothing was ever too much trouble. The team were always respectful, friendly, professional and left the place clean and tidy each day. If we ever had to do it all again, I wouldn't hesitate using them.

Our renovations turned out better than what we had expected. Life Outside gave our family home the changes we wanted but could not come up with ourselves. They delivered a concept idea , made a few changes we wanted and then delivered to plan and budget. Our home is the talk of Beaumont Hills , our friends and family love to come over and enjoy our life outside . The after sales experince has also been great , have come back and made sure we are happy . I would highly recommend them

we only had a small job to be done. Once we sorted out the scope Life Outside were efficient, professional and did a great job. They were very tidy and cleaned up each day.
